Research shows that, on average, families need an income of about twice that level to cover basic expenses. Using this standard, 43% of children live in low-income families. These statistics show that there is serious reformation that needs to take place regarding our economic system. People do not have proper access to the jobs or education that is necessary to provide for their families.
