Processing -I might do a couple of my finial picturesin black and white but most of them will be in colour.
Photoshop-In photoshop we have learned how to change pictures black and white changing the image size and putting photos into a contact sheet.
DSLR settings-  I don't know a lot about the setting on a DLSR camera but i do know a couple of things. 
studio photography - I know how to do photography in the studio and i know how to set up most of the things for setting up.
