<description>With your team, identify between 1-5 strategies that made the biggest impact on all of your content areas. Why did you like this strategy so much? What were your aha moments? Connect with at least one other post with a similar strategy or takeaway. Use the 3 dots in the right hand corner of the post you make to find the &quot;connection&quot; tool that looks like a plug. Click that, and then select which post you would like to connect to. Feel free to offer constructive feedback as well.</description>

<title>I really like think pair share. I always suggest to the students that they should be talking to one another during their warm ups. But they never do. Recently I have been having them complete their warm up and then tell them to turn to their partner and tell each other their answer. I think hearing each other&#39;s answers helps them validate their thinking. </title>

<title>We saw the connections that are possible across a variety of curriculums, and there are definitely strategies (think/pair/share, note summaries, modeling) that can be easily used. We acknowledge that some classes (Sped, frosh classes!) that struggle with behavior issues will have to modify and adapt. We need to have time to bring the info back to our departments to share ideas too.</title>

How math uses brain dumps, special education really likes using inferences, social studies and english link connects, etc. I have students make inferences in my classroom but I never use that specific word. It was a aha-ha moment to learn that was a term being used frequently in other subjects. </title>
