<del>Visiting poor countries,</del> I <del>have</del> am eager to achieve this goal even though it seems not easy to achieve in <del>go there for</del> 30 days. Visiting poor countries can give me a deep (wider?, fuller?, broader?) vision about this whole world and to see a different world (perspective?, point of view, experience?). Parts of the World <del>that </del>needs extreme<del>ly</del> help and anyone can contribute <del>by something </del>that can afford <del>such as </del>to donate <del>about </del>at least $1 every month. Also, there are charities that can participate and you can become a member in order to do the best for helping <del>them</del> people in need. I set this goal because I know how it will change me <del>to the best</del> for the better and it will make<del>s</del> me feel satisfied. <del>and</del> I would like, when I go there, to teach them a language or something, I am good at it and I am qualifying now to teach. Therefore, I will contribute to mitigating a lack of education at least by what I can offer. <del>afford</del>. Also, to see the children that struggle at an early age smiling because of you, <del> that </del>means <del>to me</del> a lot to me. It is not about visiting amazing places or impressive museums, beaches, or mountains but it is about humanity and amazing people. However, to go there is not easy, and I need to do some <del>of the</del> work to prepare.

I set a <del>deep</del> (another word here: important significant, difficult .. check Thesaurus.com for other words to use here) learning goal and plan to achieve it within 30 days. This is related to how to learn more words. First of all, vocabulary learning is the basis for learning foreign languages. Sentences are composed of words and grammar. Using more vocabulary is also very helpful for reading and writing, and can help me improve my academic performance abroad. In fact, just remembering how to spell is not enough. As a language user, I must remember the usage of each word in different situations, and also pay attention to the different usages of words with the same meaning. I set this goal because I have a small vocabulary and often encounter difficulties in English learning. Improving vocabulary within 30 days is a short-term goal. Since vocabulary learning is a time-consuming process, accumulating vocabulary takes several years of continuous learning time. Setting short-term goals in long-term learning can help improve learning motivation. In the 30-day plan, I can specify how many words to remember each day and which day to review them. After all, it sounds like 30 days is easier to achieve than a month, and you can clearly remember what you did every day. At the same time, the 30-day plan is more flexible, and I can continue to execute it halfway through the rest of the day.

Everyone have goals but some don't have, . When taking to students have many goals, but as a student I have another higher level goal. It is called mountain climbing, so I have targeted a 30-day goal for mountain climbing,. When it comes to mountaineering, preparation is everything. From training your body and making sure you have the technical skills for a safe, successful climb to training your mind for the endurance ahead, there’s a lot to do in order to get yourself ready. However, <del>is that </del>mountaineering can be done by anyone, as long as you’re generally fit and healthy and determined. Whether you’re going to be on a mountain trail for a few hours or considering multi-day expeditions, training is essential. Knowing what your initial goals are is important. If you want to achieve a climb that is slightly beyond your current fitness level, you will need to make sure your training plan pushes you further than you’ve gone before. Training in any capacity should be fun. It’s not meant to be torturous or mind-numbing. So, keep it fun and try to pick workouts that interest you. Training better with a friend, plan as many sessions with people who can motivate you, if you get bored easily, make sure your training plan is varied while also having some structure. Try different hiking locations, have a good mix of terrain, views and difficulty, and vary up your workouts for both indoors and outdoors.so if you have good health and good mentally mind it is easy to have goal in 30 days. And main thing is you can build the self-confidences and scariness of your life .

Reading a useful book

I want to add reading to my life within 30 days. And I think this habit is very important for me because it can help me continuously achieve useful information and avoid wasting time. When I was a child, I was told to read books to gain more knowledge. From my perspective, reading has many advantages. To begin with, reading can broad my horizons and open my eyes to the world when stay at home or in the library. This is also the sensible way to understand the soul of the writer and the background of the written book. On the other hand , as the English learner, reading books can improve my English writing skills .Though reading this book and understanding the structure of the whole book and every paragraph, I can know how to link the sentenses and paragarphs to enrich my article. And I can make more friends who enjoy reading. For example, we can share our favourite books and our opinions about these books to build our friebdship in the chatting room . I decide to read books every day before going to bed, which is beneficial to my sleeping quality. Meanwhile, it is very useful to keep me patient in these 30 days. The time is neither too long or too short, but I can indeed develop a good habit, and even achieve more. Overall, I will do it right now and insist on it within these 30 days.
