An achievement the Inca tribe accomplished was creating ginormous buildings and forts. They would do this by cutting stone blocks; they also would cut them so precisely to where no cement was needed. The Inca tribe also built very good roads. A way they made the roads was by placing stones perfectly to fit with another to make a nice straight plane.

(P.430)

The Inca Tribe accomplished many things. For example, they made beautiful art, structured buildings, and developed aqueducts so freshwater could come into their village. They as well left today's society with some achievements they left behind. Today, many people symbolize their accomplishments and even study their culture for a living. Here is my Padlet that will show some achievements the Inca tribe conquered.

(P.430/P.431)

The Inca Tribe would also create art. Using both gold and silver, they would take small pieces of it and bend or somewhat "blacksmith" other pieces together to create something beautiful. Examples of their art would be a silver llama or a spiritual gold mask. They would also make textiles. Textiles are colorful, detailed designs put on the cloth. To put it into perspective, it was almost like a blanket with lots of designs and colors.

(P.430/P.431)

Brain Surgery

Something else the Inca Tribe did was do something very, very similar to brain surgery. What they would commonly do was remove small portions of the skull to treat head injuries. It was said that it worked, but bones that were treated (looked at today) showed the treatment did not work. That all changed on November 25, 1884, when Mr. Rickman J. Godlee performed the first-ever successful brain surgy when he removed a primary brain tumor. Thanks to both Rickman and the Incas, people today can get brain surgery without the worry of " If they're doing it right ".

Inca Skull Surgeons Were 'Highly Skilled,' Study Finds
https://www.nationalgeographic.com › science › article
