1. Our Spiritual (immune) system has a great impact on our faith in God. There are such ways on how we can strengthen it. Getting my hands dirty to help others is one method in which I can strengthen my Spiritual System. This does not imply that I will put some dirt on my hands; rather, it refers to the service that Jesus invites us to perform. We all have different ways of honoring/adoring God, whether it's through donating to the church or volunteering to serve the church community that can help people especially the needy. It allows us to have a stronger faith in Him and be closer to Him as a result of this.

2. Some experiences that I felt God's grace when He answered my prayers and He gave what I need. These experience made me feel that the grace of God is always available to us people. Through the graces that my faith is stronger and believe in that with the lord all is possible.

3. After the Lenten Recollection I realized that we are lucky and blessed. I realized these because being lucky and blessed means God's grace is always available for us. God always answers our prayers what we only need is faith in Him.

1. By removing your masks in prayer, I can enhance my spiritual system. He said that you reveal yourself to the one who loves you the most. This is the segment in which Brother Andreus discusses his not-so-K-drama romance with his wife. He stated that he is constantly thinking about how other people see and describe him. He wished to appear attractive in the sight of others. Brother Andreus' story aided me in building my spiritual system. In a manner, I don't have to seem good in the eyes of others all of the time. We need to be exposed to the individuals who love you the most, who truly understand you, and who value every aspect of you. Do not consider how you want others to view you. God knows yet, God loves.

2. The time when God answered my prayers was one of the times when I truly felt God's grace. Something happened to my father at this time. We went to the church to pray for my father's healing. I pour out my heart to him and pray for whatever it wants to express. Following that, we decided to call our Dad's nurse to inquire about his condition. And then came the wonderful news that his condition is slowly improving. This is where I've demonstrated God's grace to me and that God is truly Good. We can be saved only by God's grace and favor.

3. After the Lenten Recollection, I had a lot of realizations to share with myself. Brother Andreus mentioned a number of life lessons, realizations, and experiences that have helped to strengthen his faith as time has passed. Let's begin with God's grace. We may not notice how it appears at an inconvenient time and place. This made me think of all the instances when I've been in a bad situation and it's been solved almost instantly. God's grace is thrown upon me in a flash. And it has finally dawned on me that all of the good things that have happened to me are due in God's favor! That continues to save us. My faith in God grew even stronger when Brother Andreus expressed it; God is truly great. Next, I've understood that God does not require us to put up any effort in order for Him to love us. We had received it because he had given it to us. All we have to do is open our hearts to God's love. Then there's the fact that God is always good, no matter how many problems we face in life. However, there may be numerous problems and barriers in your life, but God knows whether you deserve it or not, and he will save you from it.

1. One way where I can strengthen my Spiritual System is by getting my hands dirty to help others. This doesn't directly mean I will go out and add mud on my hands, but instead, it corresponds to the act of service that Jesus asks us to do. After the Lenten Recollection, I became more enlightened on how we should honor and show our love for God, and this is by helping others in various ways. I realized that God is so great and powerful which enables us to receive His grace every day even in small ways. Additionally, I am inspired by what Brother Andreus discussed in his talk about what happened to his mother, and it made me realize that someday in the future, I will also be like him. I will be the one to nourish, take care, and provide my mother's daily necessities.

1. If I can remember correctly, what really stood out to me from the ways we can strengthen our SPIRITUAL (immune) SYSTEM listed by Bro. Andreus Cosio is the part where he talked about showing your true form or exposing yourself to the one who loves you the most (as you can see in the photo that I have attached which is my favorite part of the talk overall!). Here he talked about his certain experiences that really got me hooked and somewhat got me relating to what he was trying to convey to the audience.

Just a background, during the duration of the talk, Bro. Andreus Cosio mentions that he tries to appear good because he's always thinking of what people would display him as. Long story short, he is very insecure with what he looks. But, according to him, everything changed when a specific someone commented about his appearance. And no, not in a bad way, but otherwise. What 'that someone' said was along the lines of Bro. Andreus' hair thinning out and saying that next time, he shouldn't wear gel anymore. What's significant about this you ask? Bro. Andreus wearing gel is one of his doings to look good. There he told us that his life completely took a turn.

I am certain that what he was trying to convey to the audience in this segment is that if you want genuine affection, all you have to do is to be you. You don't need a facade or a front in order to get people into liking you. What are you going to do with a lot of people liking you if what they like is just a pretend version of who you are, right? There's a saying in the internet that goes like this - "Quality over quantity." The people who sincerely understands and cares for you, gets you and the people who don't, dont. From the photo that I have attached, just remember this: "God knows yet, God loves".

This is sincerely the best way in strengthening one's spiritual manner and I think that the others do think the same too.

2. There's many times where I felt and feel God's grace. You know, from having to wake up to another day, from having a nice shelter to live in, from having so many blessings, and then having to go sleep peacefully. Bro. Andreus' talk reminded me that I'm living okay with my family and friends by my side, and that alone is God's grace. But if you'd ask me which situation/time do I really feel God's grace is when my prayers and wishes were being fulfilled. There are many to count -- my prayer for someone's mental well-being, my prayer for someone's recovery, there's a lot. And all the times where I felt His grace, I always give my sincerest gratitude.

3. I entered the recollection with a frown and I left the recollection with a smile. Bro. Andreus' FAITHdemic talk was so wonderful. In his talk here in the recollection, he was able to give me many insights, lessons, and talks that I was able to relate to, to giggle to, and to learn to. There's no moment where I was bored and dozing off because there's just a lot of realizations that he has introduced to me.

For one, Bro. Andreus' wasn't perfect. He talked to us the times where he has cheated his exam (and it was religion to be exact), he talked to us how he was so insecure of how he looks, and if I remember correctly, he talked to us that he was a sinner. Now what even is the point of telling you this? What I'm trying to say is that this Lenten Recollection has indicated to us the word "faith". God is truly wonderful, don't you think?

We all have different ways of honoring/adoring God, whether it's through giving to the church or volunteering to help the church community, particularly the poor. I entered into the recollection snooty and came out laughing. Andreus gave a wonderful FAITH presentation. Because he had exposed me to so many new concepts, there never was a time when I was bored or drifting off. Because God is so vast and powerful, I discovered that we may receive His grace in modest, everyday ways.

1. According to brother Andreus, we can strengthen our spiritual immune system by accepting our true selves and what God gave us wholeheartedly. If a person loves you, he/she will accept your appearance without any hesitations. Furthermore, If you are insecure, think that God loves you with all your flaws, so do that to yourself; accept your real self. How can others accept you when you can't even accept yourself? Don't think about what others think of you. Do what makes you and your heart happy as long as you don't hurt or step on anyone.

2. Honestly, I always feel God's grace every day. Upon waking up and sleeping, I always think God gave me another day to survive and face his challenges. Another experience was when I asked for help in overcoming my problems. He helps me overcome it through his guidance and love.

3. Upon watching the Lenten recollection, I have tons of realizations. First, God is good. He is there to guide you ever since you were born and will continue to guide you until you die. He is always when you need him, and he is there even if you do not. Considering that we people are sinful, God accepts us with all his heart and will continue to forgive us. Lastly, I have realized that sharing God's grace is also essential. We must accept ourselves wholeheartedly because it is what God gave us and what God wants us to be.

There are three reasons to strengthen my "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM"; expose yourself to the one who loves you the most, God wants us united, and the devil wants us divided, and there is a blessing in serving. First and foremost is to expose ourselves to the one who loves us the most, just like how important is the word "family" to Bro. Andreus Codio. I know especially that most of us are loved by our family to the deepest of their hearts; having a family like them is more than we all expected. We must be grateful since most of us, our family, are complete and others are by only their selves. Second is, God wants us united, and the devil wants us divided; in the midst of a pandemic, most of us don't even want to go to the masses virtually because of laziness, and sometimes we don't have time for it. Having the time to pray is just like having the time to talk to God, but without praying, most of us are being more on the devil's side of God. Lastly, there is a blessing in serving wherein serving God is the best example since there is always a blessing when we do God. I also believe that whenever you give something to your neighbors, it always comes back in double.

I think there is no to some of my experiences because it always happens whenever we wake up in the morning; having our family alive is always the best in God's grave. In addition, having the best education and having to eat three times a day is also the two best God's grace because most of the Philippines are under the line of poverty which makes the Philippines 65th from the poorest country in the world.

This Lenten Recollection gave us not only why we must love and serve God but also, shared the importance of how COVID-19 affects one's health and capability to be strong. Bro. Andreus Cosio also gave four things on how to stop the spread of the virus wearing a mask, social distancing, washing our hands, and getting vaccinated. Still, most of us are not even following the Department of Health (DOH); that's why Bro. Andreus Cosio is also stating this to help each of us to let this virus come to an end.

1. Based on my understanding, we could strengthen our "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM" by knowing yourself. Despite the differences we may have from one another, it should be shared because that makes us unique, and makes us who we are. We must have confidence, to showcase ourselves because we are one of the beautiful creations by God.

2. I am sure, God's grace can be felt by everyone, and everywhere. Just by inhaling and exhaling, it is something we should be thankful and grateful for. Also, when he answers our prayers, it is the grace we feel, the feeling of fulfillment and achievement.

3. We must be grateful for everything that we have, and what we are right now. This is the realization I have thought of. Despite the problems we are encountering, God is able to help us, through the use of communication such as prayers. Overall, it proves that God loves us, and will never let someone left behind.

I felt forgiven and loved enough to be trusted with another chance to do something better.

3. Forgiveness and showing love and caring about others is an amazing thing and we should all do it. We should know how to forgive others instead of resent them forever. We should be willing to help others to show our love and care for our neighbors. We should cherish what we have now and remember that not all things last forever. And so, we must treat everything and everyone with kindness and gentleness.

1. The first thing you should do to strengthen your "SPIRITUAL (Immune) System" is to know yourself. You need to understand yourself, know how you view yourself, and how you are as a person. After that, you need to accept everything about yourself and love it wholeheartedly. If we cannot accept and love ourselves, if we have to put on a facade to feel loved by others, it is not worth it. God loves us, and he has made us the way we are because of that exact reason. He made us all unique, and that is something we should love about ourselves. This is the foundation of our spirit, our core.

2. Other things are as simple as that. I also realized how much giving to others has made me build my own SPIRITUAL (Immune) System. Even the little things, like listening to my friends rant, relieves me. It makes me feel joy, relief, that I was able to help them even with a little thing. Lastly, I realized just how important it is to be yourself and to be true to yourself. Something else happened in my life to make me realize this, but the recollection has helped me clarify my thoughts. Everything we do starts with ourselves; as such, we must ensure that we are true to ourselves. A simple question that may explain this is "How will you ensure that you are treating people well because you want to, that it's not forced if you cannot treat yourself that way?".

1. Based on what brother Andreus mentioned, we can know our “SPIRITUAL (Immune) system” by knowing ourselves first. Then towards accepting ourselves as a creation of God, knowing that we were created by him with his love for us and this creation should not be ashamed to share themselves to others. Not only as a creation by him but also ourselves, the one we know by our heart, who we really are. Let us not be ashamed to share this wonderful creation of him to others.

2. I feel God’s grace everywhere, for instance, having my family by my side, having food on the table, getting good scores on tests, and waking up for another day. Everything I achieve in my life is by his grace, everything I receive is from his grace. God's grace is always unexpected, so I am grateful to have this grace.

3. God is always by our side and will never ever leave by our side. He guides us throughout our journey. Another insight is that we should appreciate everything we receive in life, because those things are grace or in tagalog biyaya, let’s not look down on some things we receive in our life. Lastly, is that we should not also look down on ourselves, let’s find our true selves and accept it, always remember that God doesn’t have standards on accepting you as his creation, God always has his arms open for you, he will accept you wholeheartedly no matter what you are.

1.) The first step in strengthening your "SPIRITUAL (Immune) System" is to get to know yourself. You must first learn about yourself, how you see yourself, and who you are as a person. After that, you must accept and adore everything about yourself completely. It's not worth it if we can't accept and love ourselves, if we have to put on a show to be appreciated by others. God loves us, and he created us in the manner we are for that reason. We are all unique because of him, and we should be proud of it. This is our core, the foundation of our spirit.

2.) God's grace never leaves one's side, I always pray at night to tell God about everything that's happened that day. It never really occurred to me till now, but I realize how much weight it lifts off of my shoulders. It makes me feel relieved that God is listening, that He is there.

3.) Everything good will occur if you allow it to. We must, as Brother Andreus stated, allow God to love us. It's as simple as that for the rest of it. I also noticed how much giving to others has contributed to the development of my own SPIRITUAL (Immune) System. Even small things, such as listening to my pals yell, help me relax. It fills me with delight and relief knowing I was able to assist them in some small way. Finally, I realized how crucial it is to be loyal to yourself and to be yourself. Something else in my life happened to help me recognize this, but Reminiscence has aided in the clarification of my thinking. Everything we do begins with us; as a result, we must guarantee that we are in good health. We must ensure that we are genuine to ourselves because everything we do begins with us. How would you ensure that you are treating people well because you want to, not because you have to, if you can't treat yourself that way? "

1. We can strengthen our "spiritual (immune) system" by helping our neighbors with true intentions, we should help without asking for anything back. We can accept ourselves as who we are. We are a masterpiece and creation of God, we should not be ashamed of what/who we are because God's image is within us. We can communicate with God, we should talk to him more often through prayers. Prayers can help us through tough times and they can guide, lead, and ease our worries.
2. I feel God's grace whenever I get to spend time with my family. He gives me the blessing and time to have fun with my family. Whenever I go to worship him in the church I can feel his grace and every time I encounter a problem he gives me his grace so I can overcome that problem. He is a big part of my life and a big help, I appreciate all the things he has done for me.
3. I realized after the session the importance of worshipping and loving God. I realized that praying, and going to church is not the only way to love God. We can love our neighbors and treat them as we treat ourselves because our love for God also reflects on how we love others.

1. According to Brother Andreus, we may improve our spiritual (immune) system by exposing ourselves, that is, we should disclose our wrongdoings or sin in order to completely accept or enhance our spiritual system. Another option is to know oneself first, and then accept ourselves. He also remarked that "you're fully known yet you're fully loved," implying that God is aware of our errors or wrongdoings yet nevertheless demonstrates and gives us grace.

2. My experiences are gradually becoming a part of my daily life because I believe that God's grace is always present in each of our daily lives, for example, by providing another wonderful and adventurous day ahead of us, or simply by giving me the opportunity to experience life again, which we all know is not guaranteed. I also feel it in the manner that God demonstrates grace to us when he answers our prayers and acts in our lives. God's grace is God's blessing on us despite our unworthiness.

3. My insights are that God is good, that he will not judge or dislike you no matter what your mistakes are, that you are always forgiven, and that God's grace is always available no matter what or who you are. I also realize that we are so fortunate to have someone like God in our daily lives and that we have someone we can talk to or someone who understands us even when he is not physically visible but we rather feel his presence with us, especially during this time of pandemic. And my last realization is that whatever we do or how we behave, we will be held accountable for the end or result, whether we are honest about it or continue to live with guilt in our hearts and minds. This shows that your outcome is based on what you have demonstrated or how you have acted.

For me to strengthen my spiritual immune system; I should have a strong faith in God, I should believe in Him and praise Him, because this will not only strengthen me and my faith but will also lead me in the right direction of my life. This will serve as a guide in every way we cross, Knowing yourself and believing in your strengths will boost you up, because no one knows who you truly are other than you, yourself. There are many barricades that will hinder us from success but if you know yourself you will be able to cross this because you have trust in your strengths, and with God's help you will be spiritually immuned.

I feel God's grace when I accomplish something, from my highs and lows I always feel God's grace. Why so? Like what others say, anything happens for a reason and only God can tell the meaning of it. God's grace saves us from many tragedies and is always present to comfort us and boost us in times when rocks fall into our shoulders. GOD WILL NEVER LEAVE US as long as we believe in Him.

In my life journey, I always receive God's grace. When the time that I was born, I was blessed with a loving, caring, and supportive family, Which guided me always. As I matured and grow up I feel happy, because they are there to look after me, and I know that they are guided by God's grace because their hearts are full of happiness. Thanks to God's grace that gave me a happy family, conflicts may sometimes appear, but they would never hinder us from loving one another.

Waking up in the morning is already me receiving God's grace. Him, waking me up tells me that I have a dream to pursue and a mission to finish and with his guidance, I would be able to reach this. In every request I made to Him He always gives me more than I have expected. I remember my Dad saying " Ang Diyos kung magbigay sobra-sobra yan, kaya dapat gumawa ka ng mabuti" and I put that in my heart which enlightened me that it is true, as long as we have a love for Him and our neighbors we will receive His grace, for God is good. All the time!

I realized in this recollection activity that I just need to wait, you don't need to rush for something. I remember when our speaker told us that he and his girlfriend broke up from a toxic relationship; even though they are together for a very long time, they still broke up with each other. After that, he just waited for God's grace, and then someone came into his life that gave him a wonderful family. You can see in this situation that you can't really see what's going to happen tomorrow, even if relationships are strong they can still be broken, but nonetheless, these happenings have a reason in our lives even if this happening hurts us badly, it will lead us to better just like in the story of our speaker, from a toxic relationship to a wonderful and loving family.

1. From my understanding, we can strengthen our spiritual system by creating or having a clear conscience. A clear conscience provides you with the freedom of fearlessness, as well as the benefits of maintaining inner serenity. A good conscience is always happy and doesn't keep grudges against anyone. A good-hearted person rejoices with others in their joy and does not aim to bring others down. When I see a man of good conscience, I can tell because of the way he looks at others who are achieving.

2. Without God's grace, life would be impossible. The ability to wake up every day and go about our daily lives is a sign of God's love and grace. God's readiness to shower us with blessings is demonstrated by answered prayers amid tough circumstances. The serenity and joy we experience after confession, knowing that we have been reconnected with God, is only possible because of His grace. Things we take for granted every day (such as the air we breathe, material possessions, our loved ones, community workers, and so on) are also living examples of His grace.

3. The very essence of God is goodness. He is our compassionate Father who heals, restores, loves, and completes us. He is a wonderful example of kindness, benevolence, wholesomeness, and graciousness. God's goodness is that He is without evil, that His intentions and motivations are always good, that He always does the right thing, and that the end result of His plan is always good.
