         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mexican Independence isn't on Cindo De Mayo like many think. Mexican Independence day is on September 13. It is celebrated as Spain had kept Mexico a colony for over 300 years. As It was all started when a priest named Father Hidalgo rang a bell starting a war that lasted over 10 years. Since the end of the war, they have been celebrating the great day since 1810. </div>]]></description>

And with that the constitution of 1824, lead to an independant governing of the Mexican Empire. This led to 19 states and four territories, along with the Mexico City fedral district.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>King João returned to Portugal in April 1821, leaving behind his son and heir, Prince Dom Pedro, to rule Brazil as his regent. The Portuguese government immediately moved to revoke the political autonomy that Brazil had been granted since 1808. The threat of losing their limited control over local affairs ignited widespread opposition among Brazilians. Jose Bonifacio de Andrada, along with other Brazilian leaders, convinced Pedro to declare Brazil’s independence from Portugal on September 7, 1822.</div>]]></description>

This led to a German empire after beating the French and Italy is a very one sided battle.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
