I’m so sorry for that. 
Anyway, since the confinement began my live is becoming very bizarre because I have a lot of work as a labor and legal advisor, a lot of enterprises are very nervous …. and above all, I manage many rental contracts of business, and home rental contracts; I’m in charge of my own business and it’s been exhausting, but I feel that now is when I should be more strong and multiply myself so that everything goes well.
The first week of confinement I worked in my office, with all the protections -latex gloves and mask- but every day we all in the office felt that was better try to work at home, although I must admit that we were not too prepared. Normally we attend many face-to-face firms, we work with physical documents, assist in notaries sigantures…  so the second week of confinement has been a test of adaptation to the technology to work everyone from home….  Finally I feel the positive part of all that and I hope that we all improve of the difficulties.
And this third week, plenty of new doubts and challenges, hope will be better.
The most important is to be healthy... let's go ahead, every thing will be fine!

I haven't seen a miserable movie yet! 
I have a little boy that doesn't sleep at night, as a normal person - "he hasn't consolidated yet the sleep cycle" -is what his pediatrician say....I think is my punish because I did the same with my mother (like father, like son)-  and moreover a little girl that is so jealous of her little brother, and both demanding me all the day! My wife is working  from 9h to 18h with video-conferences, closed in a room of the house -don't try to enter , it's dangerous!-  and the call center of an office with 8 lines is redirected to my personal mobile phone ... 
I think that's not a good plan! Goal: Change that dynamics
Anyway I'm happy and I am reading at night, dancing with my kids between call and call, and enjoying every second of peace hahaha
There's a thing that I love and is to go shopping for my grandma and my aunt, they are alone (this is a real problem, not my bullshits) and I feel how they are really happy with these little helps! In little things we can find beauty!!!! At the end of the day, I ask to my daughter whats it's been the best, and the worst of the day. And it is a very good exercise, I recommend it to you!  Because I think we all explain to the others the bad things, it's a human behavior, and when we remind the positive ones, their effects recome back as well, and is what we need now, positive feelings!
I just realized that I've used this platform to let off a steam, and it worked!

This daily report is having positive effects on me. I try to have a time for do it, now at night, when there is silence, and I avoid to be with the tablet or doing nothing interesting. I am listening to music with my earphones -Reflector of Arcade Fire is playing- and I am feeling the motivation to do something, even if it's just to explaint it to someone, if there's someone who is going to read me, hahaa it's a crazy motion but it works, so let it be. 
By the moment I'm going to go forward with a book that I 'm trying to finish, named The name of the wind written by Patrick Rothfuss (a kingkiller Chronicle). I'm going to tell why I am reading it. Normally I choose my books for reading when someone or something open the way, like a suggestion. For example if I read an article which relates an event to a novel, or something speaks about it, or when someone tells to me that a lecture has inspired something in someone....that moves me!  In this case, I am reading that book because one time I was walking in a town (specifically in Puigcerda) and there was written in a wall a passage from that book. In that moment I didn't know what it was, but nevertheless it was suddenly recorded in my memory,  and years later I was searching it... It was these sentences:
"I have stolen princesses back from sleeping barrow kings. I burned down the town of Trebon. I have spent the night with Felurian and left with both my sanity and my life. I was expelled from the University at a younger age than most people are allowed in. I tread paths by moonlight that others fear to speak of during day. I have talked to gods, loved women, and written songs that make the minstrels weep. My name's Kvothe. You may have heard of me"
Just this. I don't know why but I liked. And years later, I remembered and I searched that wall....and I found the source. As a result I have enjoyed in the meantime a lot with the story, a magical story (it's fantastic literature)  but they are 2 volumes and more of 1800 pages, so is not 5 minutes. As I am more or less in the middle of the story, I'm going to finish it, is one of my goals these days! I will tell you if it is worth it!

The Spanish government approved yesterday a decree,   a series of emergency measures, in order to protect certains social and economic ambits. It is especially interesting for those people with vulnerable situations, who have lost their job or reduced their economic incomes in the following days; and acceptable too for the autonomous workers.
Summaring, by one hand if you are a tenant tenant and the crisis has affected you, depending on each case, you can access to loans guaranteed by the state, to be paid back in 6 years with no interests. Rental payments have not been suspended, as a sector of the tenant union demands, so the landlords by the moment breathe a little more quietly. Will see the evolution.
By the other hand, if you are an autonomous worker, or you are running a Small or a Medium-size Enterprise (SMEs),    you can have some aide, deferrals or discounts in your quote.
It seems easy to acces to these aids if you have the requirements,  otherwise in both cases you are in a trouble!

They're been a nice pair of days. Paradoxically,  I had a lot of' "social live". Many videocalls, with family: my big brother and nephews,  with my parents, my grandma, my brother in law, with some friends, ... It's funny because we let the phone placed in somewhere that works as a support, and we share a cup of wine or two, and we talk about live ... and we have spent a lot of time like this, laughing and jogging.
It's a way to recharge, not as effective as being hugged, but in this situation it works! 
And we talk about everything and about nothing..... 
It is surprising how many people explain to me that they are practising more sport now indoor, than before in freedom. I am trying to get started in that matter however I am so lazy!  I have started imagining a home fitness plan, searching the corner to do pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, abs, go upstairs and downstairs in the building... and choosing the clothes, the motivating music... And finally I have began my train! and... how much preparation for so little dedication...After 20 minutes I felt satisfied and I got a tremendous desire to drink a fresh beer. 
Tomorrrow Will try again. 
And jokes aside, a healthy rutine will be necessary, since the confinement is extended two more weeks at least. Yes, confirmed. And the schools even more. there's no specific date

I knew it was going to happen but it deserves a reflection. 
How does it leave us?  
We can expect to return some day to our ordinary lives. But our program is changed. Are we going to continue with the schema summer=school holidays?

Last week was good. 
Analyzing, I do believe I've done a big progress. Now I feel I can work in a more effective way than the first week. It's been difficult for me due to my poor hability in technology applications... or perhaps because of my little interest in it! I wish It had been different but I admit I gave up on being updated on this matter years ago.
But now, I had no options....and why not? Nothing ventured, nothing gained! 
So I spent hours watching tutorials to install and apply computer solutions to my day to day. I had to update my old computer. Buy on line computer accessories, apps, learn to use the digital signature...Now I am able to use a little more what this technological world offer us, and I am glad to realize it. I think when the confinement will end, I will work more from house. It will be my little personal souvenir of all that.

Instead,  i am using "playing" as a direct object. I am not sure of this second part...anyway I think I've understood.

After almost two months (since the 12nd of march) my little ones have left home. My daughter went out with her mother, and my son Alan, who is 1 year and a half, came with me. And he has enjoyed a lot.  Just an hour. And the hole time running, jumping and laughing. 
And me, very happy.
We went near home, maximium one km was the limit, and we arrived to Sagrada Familia's square. And it was nice, they weren' tourists! 
And now we have nice memories of this day. It's history!

It happens that I love ride my motorbike, so I took the opportunity to go along the old road near the cemitery, which for me is very beautiful, plenty of curves and with nice views of the city...and it was incredible!  I felt wide, wind in my face, the road was only for me. ..It worthed it. And the signature was pleasant, so , it was a good day!

On the one hand and from a personal point of view if I hadn't the kids at home, I would appreciate much more to work at home. But in my case is very difficult to have calm to be efficient...they are all time demanding me...specially the little one... poor they, they need attention! 
So I have no doubts: Nowadays while the schools are closed I would rather go to the office. Moreover, I love being in contact with people, not only clients, but my coworkers and the coffee time with them! I miss it....
 On the other hand, in a different context, I recognize that I am more prepared now to telework in a quite productive mode, and it could be interesting to telework many times, I hope it will be something to add to my live. 
Even if  I'm not sure that I am not teleworking too much hours!
To sum up, the perfect job for me includes a half time of teleworking and a half time going to the office, perfect to REconcilE (?) my life personal life and my family obligations with my labor life. Or maybe when it is convenient for other interests, it can just distract us to avoid focus on other more important matters, or maintaining us in the searched ignorance. Furthermore, we live in the age where we have more facilities to access to information. there is an excess of information. I mean that we can choose which is the most convenient for us. We can decide to take one realty or other. If we are aware of this, and we continue to consume a kind of information and no other, is our decision. We maybe agree being uninformed, but still happy! As we know the realty depends on the color of the glass throw we are looking at, our comprehension of the information may be adapted... try to think about it before accepting the ordinary rules it’s interesting. However, I'm going to fly back in time, in my memories of last Easter holidays. Were nice. I went to Edimbourg, an exciting city where I enjoyed very much. Was a family trip, with my wife Yolanda, my daughter Maria and my litle son Alan ,who was only 7 months in that time.
The city is a very interesting place, with a very beautiful pld town and a glonal architecture respecting the soul of the city. We climbed the Carlton Hill and we relaxed lying down on the grass and having an incredible nice view .
There were many cementeries over there, next to main streets or squares, and it made a special atmospheere as well.
Due to we were with the kids,  we couldn' t visit the scottish pubs, becasuse if you are less than eighteen is not allowed the entry. So I was sad because I love beer and this country is plenty of fantastic pubs. It was a really pitty.
We lived a very funny experience, since we rented a car and visited the are. I have to recognize that I am not a very good car driver and besides if you have to ride in the right place in the car, into roads where all thing are in the opposite place where I expected... the results are an spectacle!  I laugh now but I miss the guarantee payed at the moment to rent the car.... so you can imagine that perhaps, there was some little problem!
Anyway, I don't regret the experience of driving in a foreign land, since otherwise we wouldn't have known the countryside. And it worth it.
Scotland is known to be a very humid country with a very special weather . I think in that country weather is unpredictable. Sometimes it rains and it is sunny several times the same day. And at times maybe there is a thick fog (by the way, what an experience to take a walk into the cementeries of Saint Andrews with a lot of fog. Was exciting and mysterious!)
This time last year... We didn't know what happy we were! Absolutely satisfying, despite we went with kids and the difficulties are a constant of course. And it is also quite likely that reading what people percieve of our political system, we realize how tricky we seem (an for sure we are) 
On the one hand it is quite notorious that our political representatives are divided. But hey are our elected representatives, so we are a divided country.... and I percierve that we are not able to go ahead together in a situation as catastrophic as the one we are living.
On the other hand, be politician is something difficult in Spain, always a difficult role. What a country my God! It is an odissey to reach a deal among parties, and we are getting used to what the Guardian article calls a hasty improvisation in our way to do politics. 
I do believe there's no easy solution; The system must change roots to be able to give a different approach, another type of representation. I do believe that a radical change is needed.I mean, there is a rule called Hondt law, or Hondt method... more or less, it is thinked to have a proportional kind of representation in the Parlament, to have a number of seat-congress according the number of population and the number of votes in the different areas, and to encourage coalitions... a party-list proportional representation.... But in my opinion, it doesn't work in Spain... It is obvious that this is weakening our ability to reach important state agreements.  I hope we will see changes, at least the next generations... and for now we have what we deserve!

 • list of pros and cons for each option  I’m not so organized, but I usually use this method when  I have to travel, because it’s an important decision to take , it is a familiy decisión and there are differents points of view and it’s Good to have more perspective.

So I think I use this strategie when I try to convince other people that my arguments are better, to make see to the others, but sometimes I realice that I don’t take all factors in account and make me have seconds thoughts.

• create a scoring system : I don’t use this method in my ordinary live, but like it. I use this method to vote in Eurovision show, to decide which country I prefer, as the same form if I were a judge of the show….  a program that I used to see among friends as well, it’s very funny to enjoy the eurovision show as a party.

• Reduce the number of deciding factors to minimum  It’s interesting to reduce the deciding factors to mínimum especially when there are a loto f different factors and it’s is needed to reach a decisión.  I use this case when I have to decide between differents budgets, and there are several concepts and prices… In this kind of situations, I simplify choosing  the two or three I like the most.

• talk it through with somebody : What if I hadn’t my mother ? She is the one who always advise me in important matters  according my personal life. 

• ask for a different perspective : In my job I have to deal with workers, and lots of times there are problems, and is not easy to reprimand someone. It’s important to contrast different perspectives, I have a perfect person to exchange points of views in my brother.

• choose randomly one of the options  I don’t like to choose nothing randomly, because  I think I'm not a luckily person and surely I’ll get the worst option. For instance, every time we have moved  house I chose  the room flipping a coin…. And I always had the little one  ...poor me... that is funny anecdote, although a lot of other unluckily things had happened to me because of the distribution of fortune of the universe. If I hadn't randomly decided many things in the past I would probably live better now! The moral of the story is that's no use lamenting, simply I just shouldn't reach tough decisions by lot.

• trust your gut : I love this option. I like to decide things at the last moment, with preasure, and trusting my gut. This happens to me in job, I am more creative under preasure and many different options appears in my head in this way.  

 
• put off the decision until you have better options  
  When it’s a difficult decision, a tought and important decision, I try to put off my thoughts because I’m so impulsive and I have to make the effort to pospone. And it’s necessary if you want to be reliable.

Many things happen but the story finishes in the same way that it begins. Closing a door but opening news. That's an author resourse that I like ( he did the same in the first part).
It is an interesting book to read, with an excellent prose.
There is magics in the letters, the are lyrics. There is an own language, a different world. 
A lot of stories. Actually it's a storytelling book of an incredible character, a hero, a legend. And it is narrated by the hero. So you can percieve the pain,  the difficulties of a character that it's supposed to be a hero, although is a human.

I like going from my house -near Sagrada Familia- to the sea; or another times, to the mountain. However this week I am searching other routes due to avoid the concentration of people... The fact is that the beach promenade is plenty of runners...and the narrow trails of the mountain, above the Carmel area,  are crowded of people walking!...Awesome!

Saturday I decided going out with my old mountainbike... after have been preparing it (cleaning, lubricating the chain and different components, inflate wheels....), I fitted my old cycling clothes and ...

I went around the Cerdanyola mountain and It was exciting, above all the freedom feelings when the air touched my face while I passed through the trees in the narrow tracks of the forest, and crossed mud puddles.  And right now I realize how small details are important. 
In a break I sat in my loneliness and relaxed in the shade of a pine tree, to eat chocolate cookies.
 And I felt calm and conscious of this little moment of happiness. 
And I enjoy another time by remembering it!

After the global confinement due to coronavirus, it seems the pandemy is getting weak, and politicians are in charge to decide if it is the moment to open borders, open doors to the tourism. First of all we have to accept the fact that the economy of the countries are about to colapse, and tourism is necessary to inject money, and create job. On the one hand, the situation of the pandemy now is more controlled, every day contagies are decreasing and we begin to have days without people who die because of coronavirus. Moreover, countries are spending a lot of money paying subsidies, the public spending has grown like never before (public sanity, unemployed people...), in a moment when the incomes from the industries and the tourism has fallen exponentially. This combination is fatal to every country. On the other hand, we obviously have to mesure if the most value thing, LIVE, is being put in danger. The shadow of a second wave of contagie is too large, and there are scientist and doctors who advise against relaxing. Many years will pass and we'll always remember what we were doing when the coronavirus came into our lives, and how it changed everything.   In spite of this difficult situation, hope each of us have learned positive things to add to our life. I'm sure we all now value more many things that we didn't...
And I will never forget this course... after many time without studying English I finally have found the motivation to resume my studies, and despite the difficulties I don't regret it at all.
Thanks August for the way you lead the group,  a very nice group. Classes have been  dynamic and interesting.  And, in my case, also therapeutic!
