Today was my first day at  Wan Sejahtera Enterprise.The business run by Wan Rahayu. She started the business restaurant among 1 year ago. The business opened area Hospital Pasir Mas. Besides, she also provides catering services.
For my first day, I have been taught about their routine and how they works. Today I'm not actually work but I need to learn how their process once they open until they closed the restaurant. i need to know how to serve the customers and took the order from them.

I needed to go to work at 7.30 am which is before they open the restaurant at 8.00 am. this is because before its open, I needed to prepare all the materials for serve the customers and also I need to clean up all the tables, sweeping the floor and setup the things that will be used. 
At 8.00 am I needed to open the restaurant and the food has been prepared for the customers. I just needed to take the order from customers and serve them. That is my work today. At 5.00 pm, I needed to closed the restaurant and I will clean all the used containers of foods, sweep the floor and clean up all the tables. At 7.30 am I will arrive at the restaurant and do clean up all the tables, sweeping the floor and setup the things that will be used. After that, at 8.00 am I will open the restaurant and serve all the customers. Today I have new task which is to delivered the food for the staff at hospitals that have ordered the food through phone call. That is my works for the whole day. As usual, I started my work at 7.30 am during that time I will moping and seeping the floor, setting all the things that will be used to serve the dishes, and lastly, I will clean up the tables and opened the restaurant. Today when I arrive, my boss told me to prepared the utensils such as the dishes and the cutlery for course that held at the hospital. So my task today was prepared the foods for the course participants. I also needed to set up the place and I also have to bring all the food at that place. After they finish the course, I needed to wash all the dishes and the utensils that has been used. After I finish my washes, I needed to go back to the restaurant and continue my job at there. Today when I arrive at the restaurant, as usual I will do my routine to clean up the tables and sweeping, moping the floor. At 8.00 am I will open the restaurant and starts to serve the customers. For this job, I have learned to be always be patients during handle the customers. We also have to know how to handle the customers. With this job, I know how to communicates with customers and it helps me a lot for my study in hospitality industry.
After finish my job, at 5.00 pm, I closed the restaurants and clean up the tables as usual. Before I went back home, my boss told me that today after tomorrow, the Minister of Health will come and we needed to prepared the foods and serve them. Today as usual I will arrive at 7.30 am and I will start my job with clean up all the tables and sweeping the floor. After that open the restaurant. Then, I just do my work until 5.00 pm. After closed the restaurant and clean up all the things, my boss told me to setting the tables for Minister of Health that will be coming tomorrow at lunch time. Then I needed to setting the VVIP's table for the Minister. At 9.00 pm, I have finish my work to setting the VVIP's table. Today I will continue my job at the restaurant, as usual I arrive at 7.30 am and settle all my job before open the restaurant. I do my routine to serve the customers and sometimes I needed to pick up the phone call from hospital's staff to make the order and of course I needed to delivered the foods for them. That my job until 5.00 pm. Today was busy day because we need to open the restaurant and also need to prepared for the minister. I need to prepared the foods for the minister and the other VIPs.
At 11 am, we needed  to prepared the food and need to be done serve on the tables. At 1 pm,  our Minister of Health which is Dr. Dzulkefly Ahmad and other VIPs arrived for their lunch. Today I needed to serve the other VIPs and my colleague who has more experience will serve Dr. Dulkefly Ahmad. After finish serve them, we needed to clean up all the tables and wash the dishes. Today is my last day at the restaurant. When I arrive at 7.30 am, I will started with clean up all the tables as usual and at 8.00 am I will open the restaurant. I need to serve the customers and prepared to take the order and also needed to serve them with smile and attitude. That is what I have learned at here. I'm happy to work here, because  I have learned to communicate with the customers and with good serve can make them satisfy with the services.
That is my job until 5.00 pm which time to closed the restaurant.
