The goal of my SI was to find the impact of what authors' legacy havtimpacted my generation. I then had to find out what was legacy. A legacy can be a feeling a person leaves and books are just extensions of an author's thoughts and feelings. This can be a moral lesson on how to always be yourself, even if it is a knight, or to product of your environment but not let it define you, to never let the government silence you, to fight back even if you stand alone, to embrace all parts of yourself, to speak out against racial injustice, not be corrupted by technology

Describe how your sustained investigation shows evidence of practice, experimentation, and revision guided by your questions or inquiry. You are required to highlight those words at least one time in the statement (practice, experimentation, revision).

I used materials from fabric clay beads thread, cardboard, hot glue, paint, wire, and more to add variety. I made manny variations to make sure things were depicted accurately. I wanted to model every piece I made because My SI is focused on the impact of authors on MY generation so what better way to show the impact than someone who read and was influenced by these books? Each piece is a page in my and someone's story. So I wanted the colors to show the emotions and took time to find materials to show the message the authors were telling us even if we didn't know it
