Fred Korematsu - people thought he was a Japanese spy, they made him move out of his home, forced him to work in an internment camp. He didn't listen so he went to jail and met someone who was willing to help him. Fred and his friend went to the highest court, The Supreme Court to fight. He didn't win at first, and kept trying until he finally won. He never gave up
