I was super surpised to see that the model that they had of the sun was the same size of how we see the sun. I was also suprised to see the real astronauts talk about how it is so beautiful to see the Earth from so far away.

I thought that it was quite strange how far apart these planets are, even at such a small scale, and how amazing it must be to be able to the view the Earth at the size of a marble, being able to fit all that just under your thumb from space.

I thought it was really surprising to see how large our solar system truly is, and eyeopening to view an accurately proportioned model. When the astronaut was saying how everything we've known in life could hide behind our thumb, it made me think deeply about how small we are compared to the universe. I found the video really inspiring in a lot of ways.

I thought that the video I just watched, was very fascinating! I was really surprised to see the actual proportions of the Earth and other planets, compared to the Sun rising in this video. I believe that by seeing that his model of the Sun matched up with the real Sun, showed that the proportions, and scale was correct. Wow!
