To begin with, fabric in large bolts are received and usually stored in the factory’s warehouse. Secondly, fabric relaxing is performed either manually or mechanically so as fabric relaxes to contract. Meanwhile fabric quality is assured by manual spot-checking. If the fabric has defects, it will return to the manufacturer. Thirdly, the fabric is cut into uniform piles and then, it is spread. Next the fabric is cut according to the garment forms lard on the plies. In step four, fabric is embroidered and screen printed. Both embroidery and screen printing are determined by the customer. Following this, sewing machine operators receive the cut fabric and fabric and repeatedly see the same portion of garment, passing to the next operator. After that, spots on the fabric are often marked with a sticker and taken to a spot-cleaning area. There the garments are cleaned using steam hot water or chemical stain removers. Then the garments are transferred to the ironing section final pressing. At the final stage, the garments are folded tag sized and packaged in protective plastic bags. Lastly, the final product are placed in cardboard boxes and shipped to the client distribution centers to sell in retail stores.

The shirt does not match the samples you sent us. The quality of some of them is so poor that I feel that a mistake has been made in the manufacturing process. There are some missing buttons, skipped stitches, and faded color.
We have, therefore, no choice but to ask you to take the goods back and replace them with new ones of the quality we ordered.
We require compensation for shipping costs.
