I have known some on them but not all of them.

Personally, I would choose Talk to yourself because it helps students to check all their information and train their mind, besides i really use Recording students' self, and it is good for them becasue they feel free by choosing the topic and have enough time to talk about it. they also be careful about their pronunciation and correct structures as much as possible. in the furutre I will choose pretend to be someone , shadowing method, table everything.
