• it’s okay to rest and breathe. (don’t be harsh on yourself.)

• it’s okay to cry when things are getting tough and you can’t hold it anymore.

• it’s okay to rant and vent out your feelings, so you can at least lighten the burden you feel.

• when you feel pressured, remind yourself that you’re doing well and that you’re going to make it. (i know we sometimes doubt ourselves, but you know yourself better than anyone.)

• if you are having a hard time with your academics, it’s okay to ask for help, advice, and opinions from others. (it’s understandable that it might be difficult, but reaching out can make things easier.)

• i hope you will not forget yourself, always choose your wants and happiness.

i’ve known you for almost a year now and you’ve been a great partner. i’m still grateful for letting me into your life, for trusting me, for allowing me to be your listener through all your stories and rants about your life, and for letting me stay with you through your ups and downs. i appreciate your small and big efforts, patience, and understanding more than you could imagine, because having you is already enough.

you deserve to be genuinely happy, so i hope you are and continue doing what you love. i won’t take your happiness from you, as i have no intention of doing so, especially since you’ve always been free before i came into your life. thank you for existing :) you mean a lot to all of us, so i hope life can be as gentle to you and everyone around you as you’ve been trying your best. i hope you will enjoy your day.
