To begin with, Kim Jong-Un, North Korea dictator, has access to a number of destructive weapons. These weapons are extremely dangerous and has the ability and power to kill thousands and even millions of innocent lives. 

Jung-Un has no compassion for others and does not care about the possible effects his actions can cause.  He has deprived his people of basic human rights, he has implemented fear, forced labor, murder, enslavement, torture, imprisonment, rape, forced abortion, and other sexual violence and much more.
