my father is a retired government employee from the irrigation department, my mother is a housewife. I am the younger one in my family and my brother is working as a technical associate Engineer at one of the firms in Hyderabad.

Coming to personal life, the state of happiness whenever the children get satisfied after listening to our classes and molding children from one state of mind to another state of mind even it is time-consuming I like the way of our efforts we put in.
Usually in our areas due to some political reasons, we are unable to concentrate on our Teaching. We are blamed for such silly reasons in society. These are the things that will make me sometimes unhappy for being a teacher.

RIESI -CELT is my dream for the past 6 years. When I was studying for my Diploma in Education then one of my lecturers deputed to attend CELT at RIESI at that time. I witnessed the change in him after attending this training. then I decided to attend once at the beginning of my teaching career as it's going to help me to build a better society in my circumstances. My expectations from RIESI CELT to know about the success stories of experienced teachers, to become a better teacher of English Integrating all the methods and procedures that I have learned from RIESI.

During Covid Pandemic Time, I attended 2 of your Virtual Sessions from ELTA Telangana. I loved the way you dealt with Research Paper Topic during that Session. In the future, I want to write short stories, novels and Publish Articles and Journals. I hope you are one of the Persons where I can get some tips to write those effectively.

In 2014 SCERT selected my paper presentation on Effective Classroom Practices to enable the students for the 21st century.
During the Pandemic I contributed more than 20 videos related to Phonic drill, handwriting and songs in TNTP. So far I have received 10 certificates as a part of recognition from TamilNadu Teachers Platform.
Until June I wasn't aware of uploading videos on You tube channel. I learned from Top Teachers of Tamilnadu star teachers SCERT group as of now I have uploaded more than 75videos for the well being of students.I am contributing songs, Tongue Twisters in Kalvi Radio Online.

Home, to talk about my family, which is located in remote area called Bukkapatna sira taluk. In our family there are three members Father, mother and me. We have a small farm and living in a middle-class way very happily.
Am very happy because my parents brought light to my life for giving education, even though they are not well educators their dream is to provide best education for me so am able to complete my education. I was completed MA in English. Training courses also like D.end and B.ed, this brings happiness to our family.
Happiness enter into my family when I got appointed as GPT in govt sector, firstly, I was appointed at GHPS KAREGUDDA Manvi taluk Raichur Dist in 2019.when I complete one and half year there I was got a chance to crack another CET with dept permission and I did so. Then I got appointed in my native and come back to hometown.
In my class I use to teach English, since it is my favorite one I don't want to my pupils face problems or any difficulties regarding English what I face when I was a student, so I always try make easy to leaen English.
And, now am in RIESI its my dream get train here now its in the process.

Dear sir,
I'm Shwethashree P from Shivamogga district, Karnataka. My hometown is known as the gateway to greenery. There are many tourists' attraction places around. World famous Jogfalls is in our district. Please pay a visit to our hometown once 😊.
By god's grace I live with my family. I'm the eldest daughter in law and all look after me with all love and care. My husband is also a teacher in English language. I have been working from past 5 years at Government Higher Primary School, Shanthinagara. I take class from 1st standard to 8th standard. It is my privilege to be a teacher in that school because I'm the only teacher who teach English and I accepted this as the best opportunity . I came to this profession without any interest but once after being mingled with children I realized the joy of being teacher. My students are learning with happiness.
Even after this I feel somewhere I am lagging behind to reach my students with better teaching skills. I wish my students to be very confident and comfortable in English language. I would like to improve myself in writing skill in a creative way and want to learn more and more in life. I hope I will get fruitful result from this CELT .

After completion of my D.Ed. I worked in private school for 4 months .At that time ,our principal observed other sir and me being silent and asked us to give presentation the next day .I got afraid of that anyway I gave presentation and our principal sir appreciated only me in all staff members .At that moment onwards, I got some confidence and participated in anchoring for some programmes in school.Next I gave interview in KV Gachibowli and worked for 6 months .Then after I worked in KV Miryalaguda 1 1/2 years
And I joined in this government posting.Even now my school students used to do video call and I feel so happy with their call .some students call to their village fair ,these are all little things that gives me boost.
I feel so happy to share about my school. It's 160km from my place to school.After this lockdown in alternate days we go to school usually by bus, that's why I knew it. It's too tough to take the journey.School environment is very pleasant with spacious ground with trees and plants.Coming to our staff ,I feel so much better with mutual understanding,without senior domination,giving guidance ,without hurting they give instructions.Coming to our children,they eagerly wait for the teacher,many of them come to school especially for mid day meal ,some times I used to join with them,we teachers also have the same meal.I too play with them , it's a very happy moment.
Especially to come here ,our PRTU union leader Kiran sir from devarakonda helped me alot.My name is not there in first list .Sir took so much effort to send me here.I tried genuinely last time but I don't know how to do. Sir only did every work ,I just booked my bus ticket.Here I'm very happy about your facilities provided for us.I like to improve my English listening,speaking ,reading and writing skills.I don't this much I would write .Thanks sir, for giving this platform to write and express myself in English.

I gave some special coaching to the students and made them to read with good English pronunciation. For the past syllabus from 6 to 8 STD, I was having videos regarding all the lessons. In computer assisted learning they conducted a CAL competition in that myself and my two students won first place in block level and third place in the district level. Our CEO presented the award.
Most of the teachers training I'll be as a Resource Person in my block.
In teachers welfare I'm being as a secretary in block level and district vice secretary.
Just from last year I started to write quotes. I thought to write books.So I need a lot of corrections of myself from you an eminent tutor sir.

Hello Dr Ravi Narayana Chakrakodi,
I am Swetha Savena from Dakshina Kannada working as GPT English in government upper primary school ,Munnur ,Mangalore South facilitating students of class 6, 7 and 8 ,obliged to write this letter to you.
My native is Vorkadyaaa small village in Kasaragod district of Kerala. I live with my parents, elder sister and kids Shannon and Sharron.
My career as a teacher ,had a variation of teaching experience, in different schools and colleges, guiding students ranging from class 1 to Upper Graduation level . In 2016, I joined the government sector and have been growing professionally since then.
Teaching is my passion. My profession is the guiding star to me, to learn new things everyday II try keep updating myself with new techniques and innovations, pedagogical skills etc., with the help of teacher support programmes and engagement with the students.
I dislike, when authorities, who come on their visits, check on students and based on that, judge my performance. I don't mind for positive criticism and constructive feedback, but don't like to have destructive feedback, which may hamper my teaching-learning experience.
I have come here , with the hope of improving myself, so that, I can be a good facilitator for my students, equipped with new methods of teaching learning pedagogical skills etc.
As per the reading and writing section or session concerns ,firstly III would like to learn the methods of writing anything, briefly to exhibit my ideas coherently and precisely.( which I couldn't do in this letter I feel.)
Secondly, I would like to grow interest in reading various reading materials.
I would like to implement, the methods I acquire, in my classroom and last but not the least, I would like to know the ways to develop writing skills among my students.
Hope, I will be going back, with some fruitful gain from RIESI and impart the same in to my students, in a practical manner.

I am Pushpa from Queen of hills, The Nilgiris, Tamilnadu.
I am residing in a remote village Sogathorai near Coonoor. My husband is an Ex-service man. We are in the joint family. I am blessed with two lovely sons. My elder son is doing his final year B. Sc. Film Direction at Whistling Woods in Mumbai. My younger son is also in final year B. E Civil at PSG in Coimbatore. I love my parents. They are the role model to me. They worked hard. We are five siblings. They always help me and guide me. We are devotees of Lord Basavanna.
I am working in a rural middle school 20 kms away from my home. I struggled a lot to reach my school because of lack of transport facilities. I learned to drive a car.But our children are climbing 150 steep steps regularly.
I am handling classes 6,7& 8.I joined as a secondary grade teacher in 2001 and promoted a an B. T. I like my profession. I love my children. From 2010 I am able to bring I Can spirit among students through DFC, PBL, ICT&ZIIEI projects.
I am in urge to speak English fluently and correctly with confidence. That is my expectations from this 30 days CELT training.
From you I want to learn the nuiances of writing in ICT.

As a science teacher I know the term pandemic but the usage is almost nil where as now it became very familiar word throughout the world. In my area lock down carried very seriously n sincerely. It is very hard for me to reach the school. Even though I went to my village and I tried to meet my students. As I was coming from the town, people were little confused to invite me.
I understood the situation and I told them how I take care of me. As well as I educated them about precautions during covid. I distributed the copy writing books and I gave schedule for a week, ten days like that. After seeing the situation I understood that frequently visiting the village may be not good.
Already children know my mobile number, they used to talk me regularly, I gave instructions for them how to use the time, hand writing, perfection in tables and some other activities but I was not able to use social network especially whatsup and YouTube. Literally I don't have that idea. After listening to some of my teachers experience in RIE and how they were able to use the technology. I feel ashamed. But gained lot of knowledge.Now I am well equipped and ready for next time.
