IN this article, Lodi Schools, in New Jersey, failed miserably on the PAARC Assessment the first time it was administered to students. The district has spent $2.9 million to upgrade technology throughout their district since 2015, including the purchase of 1,000 chromebooks. Technology is embedded into every classroom. Because of this, Lodi made significant gains in test scores and the state of New Jersey is using Lodi as an example to other schools in the state.
