We started the task with everyone putting their ideas forward to the group, it was important in this part of the task to listen to each other and see what ideas other people had. What we ended up doing was putting a few people's ideas together to create the best idea possible, if we hadn’t discussed them before we started then we may have just gone with one idea rather than mixing a few together. What I also found is someone would start off with a base idea then different people would add and change different things until we got to the final plan. When we came to building the structure, we had to communicate effectively as a team to put it together as it needed more than just two hands to build. Although our team didn’t build the tallest structure, the exercise taught me how important it is as a team, I don’t believe our team failed on teamwork but more the design we had gone for with our structure. ]]> 2023-03-13 14:16:06 UTC https://padlet.com/40095383/hvfzl73b9655aauu/wish/2514507665 CV 360 40095383 https://padlet.com/40095383/hvfzl73b9655aauu/wish/2514514537 When I uploaded my CV to CV 360 it first scored 67% as I had uploaded it as a pdf document which CV 360 told me AI finds hard to read. I then transferred this to be a word document and it scored 89%. This was really interesting to me as I hadn't changed any of the information I had just copied it into a word document and uploaded that which increased it from 67% to 84%. I will definitely use this version of my CV when applying for roles that will use AI to scan my CV. I had some spelling and grammar mistakes which when I went back and changed my CV scored 91%. This assessment made me realise although I overthink it can sometimes be a good thing (depending on the type of decision) as it allows you to think of every possible outcome of a decision to then come to a conclusion based on that whereas some people make decisions too quickly which can lead to mistakes. Alternatively, on my suggestions for improving decision making I was told to listen to my gut more and that not all decisions need a massive analysis. In the majority of my answers I had a good smile frequency as well as speech rate and position of my camera. In most of my questions an improvement I could make for next time would be to not use so many filler words.
