If you must go international endeavor to learn a song in Swahili, urhobo, efik, edo, lkwerre etc once in a while and have the lyrics and interpretation when you sing. Ask for volunteers to teach you if you don't know. The church doesn't only have ibos and Yoruba. Try to be inclusive if you must go international. Please the choir should be appropriately dressed. 2 weeks ago they weren't. It's distracting when grown women wear tight jeans and leggings to church. It is unacceptable. If you are in doubt wear a Long top or blouse. The choir mistress needs to ensure they are appropriately dressed before they go on stage. Appointe if you need help.

lastly just like you expect everyone online to give during tithes and offering. Be inclusive by not cutting off the online viewers when you give financial reports. For most people it's a turn off.

In particular, volunteer workers and church staff workers. Be good to people even when you disagree, dont treat them like people with lesser value, ideas, or worth. They have families and lives but love the church and Jesus enough to work in it, so dont treat them as inferior children. Generally, treat people right. Be fair to them and value them. If your workforce feels that culture from the top down and the bottom up, they will adopt it and it will permeate the rest of their interactions. I've seen several times how sometimes outsiders come to work within the church and they are more experienced and skilled than some others but simply because they aren't Nigerians we arent as welcoming. When an organization constantly leaves people in position of authority simply because those people are liked, it doesn't allow for fresh ideas plus it makes some other people who have wrong motives clamor for favoritism with the pastor because they know that as long as PG loves them they will not be removed from their position even when they are not performing well. The leaders of the church have done a great job but there need to be a change in some of the ways they do things and the way they think. The members of the church in alot of ways reflect the culture alot of the leaders have. We are ok with two services. One can be ignite and the other the regular service. The poor attendance is very concerning and has worsened ith the 3 service structure Volunteers re being spread across 3 services essentially 6 to 8 hour days for some if you include prep and commute time
