1. Struggles by mental health issues.
“Why Are You So Dark?”: How Colourism Impacts the Mental Health for dark skin people. As of today, every dark-skinned people that we have met has expressed a sense of inadequacy due to the colour of their skin. Colourism based on race or ethnicity is a major contributing factor in the onset of the disease. According to noble in 2012 Colourism negatively and critically affects the mental health for dark skin people and is associated with increased symptoms of depression, high stress levels, low self-esteem, anxiety and trauma. Those who are the unfortunate victims of colourism know how it can impact one’s mental, physical, and emotional well-being. We, as a collective society, must open our eyes to see the suffrage caused by colourism. We cannot continue to ignore those who speak out. We can't continue to ignore it-walk past it with our eyes closed. Because no one should feel sad because of things beyond their control.

2. Struggles by beauty industries.
Despite its major impact on communities around the globe, it’s been barely discussed – until now. Billboards of upcoming movies seemed to show that only light-skinned men and women could make it in the country’s film industry. Television advertisements for skin care products emphasised that the fairer a woman’s skin. In Western cultures, the standard of beauty is whiteness. This means that the beauty industry defines their “ideal” version of beauty as people with light skin. For example, the beauty industries release their foundation and concealer lines in varying colours of skin called ranges. Ranges favour for those with lighter skin. A white person can easily buy a foundation or any beauty product for their natural skin colour. However, people with darker skin usually get four or five shades to choose from for their makeup. When Rihanna released her Fenty Beauty line in September 2017, the makeup made headline news for its 40-shade range. While other companies had done large ranges before, those ranges still favoured lighter skin tones. Beauty ideals and perceptions are rooted in colonization and racism. By ignoring it or dismissing these issues, people are allowing the beauty industry to continue catering to whiteness. All beauty consumers need to demand inclusive products for non-white persons. and the discontinuation of products normalizing light skin beauty standards.

3. struggles by the way society treated.
colourism discrimination is one the provocative problems we have in our society today. Colourism is thought to only have negative implications for individuals of darker skin tone. Skin colour is an important aspect of a person's identity, it shapes a person's self-perception. The famous "doll test" shows us clearly what a child looks like and how skin and tone are to be interpreted. Not only white people, but also black children choose white instead of black dolls. The reason is that black is not good and black looks bad and ugly. In modern times, discrimination and abuse begin from the moment a child is born. Relatives began to compare their skin colour with other siblings in the family. Discrimination by skin tone affects many dimensions of life, including education, employment, housing, sports, spousal status, criminal justice sentencing, and even levels of depression and self-esteem. For example football culb of PSG forward Mbappe and Neymar and others voiced their support to Basaksehir assistant coach Pierre Webo after the racist abuse by Romanian fourth official, Sebastian Coltescu.

Her topic I can related with my life. I like her topic. She really know that how to engage an audience effectively by choosing right topic. I trust and believe that love is not important while studying. So being a single while studying is best. I strongly agree that being single while studying we can get good enough sleep and we can spend the quality time with family and friends. Most importantly, we can be self-lover, be independent, happy and can make own decision.
Next, keeping presentations focused on key agenda items can be tough, but she really good at it by using video long term. Her content was relevant and format was visually appealing and easy to follow and understand. Her pronunciation and communication was too good. But I think that the speed of video is the minus point for the speech. Because of the speed I can't see the variation in the tone. Overall I love her speech and she really did a great job.

1. Avoid to take some type of foods.
During menstruation, women lose blood simultaneously and experience rapid hormonal changes. Choose foods with adequate nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, water, protein, iron and fiber. At the same time, try best to avoid the processed foods, candy and snacks, alcohol, spicy food and coffee. Sugar is very important to manage your refined sugar intake not only because it can cause you to gain weight, but it can also disrupt your blood sugar levels. Eating sugary foods will cause your blood sugar levels to rise and the higher your blood sugar, the worse your menstrual symptoms. It is important to keep it at a stable level and therefore we recommend natural sugars in moderation. According to Dr Rohini Patil, nutritionist and founder of Nutracy Lifestyle in 2020, who says, “menstruation doesn’t hurt itself, but the cramps or other symptoms may be uncomfortable. During this time, girls should take extra care of their diet and sanitation.”

2. Avoid to take medicine.
Menstruation and menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea) are common. Menstruation can be as painful as a heart attack, previous studies have found. Although the intensity varies for different women, many try different remedies to get comfort during these difficult times. According Women's Health Concern in 2019, the Most women experience some menstrual pain, For up to 80 percent and experience some discomfort during menstruation, especially on the first day. So some of them try to take medicine for control the pain. Anti-inflammatory painkillers such as diclofenac, ibuprofen and naproxen can help relieve severe menstrual pain. These medications sometimes have side effects such as stomach problems. Stop popping those painkillers every month to feel free during periods. It may damage our kidney or even prevent from conceiving. Taking medicine during period it also risky women pregnancy. So women avoid to take medicines and can take nature herbal remedies for control the period cramps. According to Erica Crino physical Therapy in 2019, low to moderate intensity aerobic exercise can help reduce pain caused by menstruation.

3. Avoid to wearing the same sanitary pads or tampon all day long.
We knew there’s a reason why sanitary napkins come in multiple covers. Using unclean pads can actually lead to fungal infections, reproductive tract infection, urinary infection and even make you vulnerable to infertility. This may sound like a no-brainer to many of us, but all over the world scores of women still use things like dried leaves, plastic, cloth and such as a substitute for pads. Menstrual hygiene routine should not just be about cleaning our body but also making sure to use sterile and clean pads so as to avoid any such infections. A lot of us are guilty of this one and it is one of the worst things to do. If we do not change your pads frequently at least every 6-8 hours, we are much more prone to develop rashes and vaginal yeast infections with the side effect of bad odor. No matter how light your flow is, it’s always safe to change our pad. We know what they say, better safe than sorry. According to Dr Tripti Sharan, senior consultant, gynaecology & obstetrics, BLK Super Speciality Hospital, Delhi, in 2017 says, "Bad odour is a common result of unhygienic menstrual habits. Change your pad three to four times a day. Even accumulated body secretions can cause discomfort."
