The reason I chose this picture is that it clearly shows the state of the unemployed person is in. Unemployment makes individuals miserable due to the fact that they're unable to have an income, which will lead to inabillity to afford needs and wants of the person, including a shelter. The future for the former workers of the factories would be devastating since they need to find newer but shorter-duration jobs for the rest of the summer.
