January 1st - Celebrating The New Year

To celebrate the new year, my entire family and I gathered together to celebrate and have fun. We watched TV, ate out, and had a pretty fun party. Me and my cousins even went to the supermarket to grab snacks. When the time came, at around 11 pm, my cousins and I were downstairs in the basement, singing karaoke, while the adults were all upstairs doing their own thing. When the time came, 11:59 pm, we started counting down... 3... 2... 1... Happy new year! We celebrated by drinking sparkling cider since we were all too young to drink champagne.

March 13th - A Trip To L.A.

One of my best friends, who we'll call William, was celebrating his birthday by going back to his hometown, in L.A. and decided to invite me and my other best friend. The trip to Los Angeles was long, around 2 hours. And once we got there, William showed me and my other best friend all about the city. After the very nice tour, we went to get Starbucks, and it turned out that William's mom liked getting the same thing as me, the iced matcha latte. After we were finished, we went to the hotel that William's family booked, it turned out to be this big grand hotel where a lot of movies were shot.

April 20th - Celebrating My Birthday

To celebrate my birthday, I and my mom went to a shopping outlet called Irvine Spectrum, it was a pretty long drive, but once we got there, there was a lot for us to do. We tried a lot of the food there, and a lot of it tasted good. We went to a lot of clothing stores too. After a long time of shopping and buying stuff, we stopped by this cool VR store where you could play a bunch of games in virtual reality. It was a lot of fun, but I got super dizzy after. Once were we're finished, the last store we went to was Barnes & Noble, where I bought this huge Lego set about the pyramids of Giza. After that, my mom had a huge surprise planned out, she took me to this super fancy restaurant on the top of a mountain. They had a valet and everything. The food there was amazing, I remember this once dish where you got to cook meat on a super hot brick by yourself.

July 4th - Celebrating Independence Day

To celebrate Independence Day, me and a couple of friends from elementary, who I play video games with online now, decided to meet up to light fireworks at one of my friend's houses. We exchanged addresses, and it turned out we didn't live that far from each other. Once we met up, we decided to have a massive Nerf war around the neighborhood and one of my friends teamed up to ambush all my other friends. When night came, we all gathered outside and started lighting fireworks. It was a lot of fun, and I'm pretty sure we lit around $6,000 worth of fireworks.

December 25th - Celebrating Christmas

To Celebrate Christmas, me and my family all gathered together again to celebrate Christmas, the first thing me and my cousins did was watch a bunch of Christmas movies while eating a bunch of sushi. I ate all of the Salmon which made my cousins laugh a little. After we finished eating the sushi, we finished with desert, where we ate this huge cake in the shape and design of a log. It was pretty cool. Once we finished, we went upstairs to open presents, I got a hoodie, a bunch of money and gift cards, and a homemade blind bag from my little cousin.
