The school was opened in 1990. The population growth of the municipality is going be slow and progressive until the beginning of the 21st century, when it was fired because of the Mata's growth, right where the school is located; from Les Pedreres and Miànigues, due to its strategic position next to the town center of Banyoles and around the road that goes to Girona. The school has a good geographical location that facilitates access for families.

New materials,  teaching techniques , strategies and new online  methodology have been an important part of our formation.

In our school there is a slogan: "All together make school" and after this formation we can add: "All the English teachers in Escola l'Entorn make our own English school" because it has let us time to share talking about how to improve and increase the quality of our English classes at school L'Entorn. 

Summarising, everything has been benefits for us individually and for the school itself and its pupils.   

We have felt comfortable working together when designing and implementing activities.

The situation hasn't allowed us to carry out the tasks as we wish but our students have enjoyed sure the ones proposed.
