Collect five objects in the room to shine flashlight on.
Draw how light interacts with three of the objects (draw lines or dots to reflect how the light is traveling).
Label each as transparent, translucent, or opaque.
Briefly explain why the material falls into that category.
Post your picture or create an audio explaining what you drew.

1) Lisa has olive oil that can be sensitive to a lot of light. However, she still wants to be able to somewhat see the oil inside so she knows how much she has inside. Draw or find a container in the classroom that she can store her oil in and label the container as opaque, translucent, or transparent.

2) Deondre bought a lizard from the pet store and needs to buy a container for it. He wants to be able to see the lizard at any angle. Draw or find a container in the classroom for the lizard and label the container as opaque, translucent, or transparent.

3) Vanessa is looking for a sleep mask to cover her eyes while she sleeps as sometimes she likes to sleep during the day. Draw a front and back design of her sleep mask and describe the material you're using.
