Need people to do what Jack Will did.
Encourage people to be nicer, but it is ultimately up to individuals.
Negative energy affects the community, welcoming culture makes it easier to be positive.  
It's viral, once one person does it then so does everyone else.
There are always people who will be more welcoming than others.
Teachers are happy and that helps the students.

-give positive comments to someone you don't usually talk to, talk to someone new
-Ms. Audette's room is specifically teaching about bullying - teaching if someone is bullying you and saying bad things then you should say something nice back because it confuses them
- If you see someone "down" or needing help - with academics, outside of school, in any way - help them if they need help
-Be like Summer!  "I want friends who are nice for a change" 
-Organize more charity events for kids in the school, elsewhere, especially around holidays
-Giant gift exchange circle like in Whoville/Grinch
- Stand up for others - school should acknowledge this
- Sit with someone in the lunchroom who is alone, visit the alone person at recess - leave if they don't want you there!
- Promote/Invite kindness/anti-bullying type organizations
