         <description><![CDATA[<div>The sash weights and the bags of bird shot  represent the restrictions put on the more agile and faster bunch of people. <br><br>The Handicapper General represents a common goal or objective that all the disabled citizens hope to eventually achieve.<br><br>Ballerinas are a representation of Georges mind because they start off as a healthy group and eventually end up in shambles.<br><br>The voices in Georges and the citizens head relates to the empowerment that the Handicapper General bestows on the people.<br><br>Being created equal leads to more conflicts than solutions.<br><br>Topics include Equality, Restrictions, Hardships and Compassion.<br><br>Uniqueness is more important than being equal.</div>]]></description>
