Not a leader. He killed people, he burned books and he conquered the rest of China to become in power. There was no election and no one agreed to place him in power. He was cruel to people that disagreed with him and there was no free speech in China. Remember how he buried some scholars alive? 🇨🇳He was a prince of the Qin state so he wasn’t even chosen to lead his state. COME ON! He wasn’t very kind to citizens and he was selfish.

I think that Emperor Qin is a dictator because he killed people. He ordered people to build the Great Wall of China and killed people who opposed him. About 2% of his actions were good. He looks so old.  I don’t know what he did that made him a leader?

 But to be honest he did come up with some good things as well.
He change the currency to make it uniform making it easier to trade goods around the border he also confirmed one language for China as a hole to use. And to be fair his ideas (OR HIS ADVISORS 😝) did lay the shape for the 21st century. He also made roads connecting China and built a capital city which is now none as BEIJING!!!!!!!!!!

He wasn’t intierly bad though he could have only wanted to protect his people by making sure his enemies couldn’t get revenge on him by threatening his people. Or he was just being plain selfish. Some of Qins ideas 💡 weren’t bad some were actually quite good. He was maybe 1 out of 4 leader I mean he did standardised the law and currency 💴,he ended independence, built strong army’s,made roads in the Capital city ,made a strong 💪 Chinese government and made a capital city Beijing.
