It provides education and training services with 1 Principal, 2 Deputy Principals, 40 Teachers and 3 Janitors. We have a total of 755+11 students from Abdurrahman District, Nişancıpaşa District, Şükrüpaşa District.

With the approval of the Governorship dated 01/06/2012 and numbered 11513, the name of our school was Fatih Sultan Mehmet Secondary School.

Our school was opened in the 1995-1996 academic year.

Mission: We are DR. Administrators and teachers of AHMET TARIK SARI SECONDARY SCHOOL... We exist to center the student in all activities, to highlight their talents, to give them the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills required by the age and to grow up as self-confident individuals. Our goal is to prepare our students for life by developing their interests, talents and abilities, by providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, behavior and the habit of working together, and to ensure that they have a profession that will make them happy and contribute to the happiness of society.

Bilime ve bilimsel çalışmalara açık ülkesine eğitimde katkı sağlayan öğrenciler yetiştirmekteyiz. Yalova’nın Çiftlikköy ilçesinde, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’nın 30/05/2016 tarih ve 20-E.5942396 saylı onayıyla Çiftlikköy Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi olarak açılmıştır ve 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında faaliyete geçmiştir. 2017-18 eğitim öğretim yılında Fen ve Sosyal Bilimler proje okulu olarak belirlenmiştir. 2018-19 eğitim öğretim yılında Diriliş Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi olarak adı değişen okulumuzun bünyesinde İmam Hatip Ortaokulu açılmıştır. 2021-22 eğitim öğretim yılında Şehit Muhammed İslam Altuğ Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi olarak isimlendirilmiştir.
