I have a lot of family issues going on and worried that I haven’t gave enough attention into uni, which means I might not succeed.

I'm also a carer so I feel utterly overwhelmed. So much to do in such little time. My mental health is deteriorating.

Taking yourself out for a walk may help. This helps me! Just getting a bit of fresh air and change of scenery

I have started using a weighted blanket and lavender sprays before bed, it really helps with sleep!

I've been walking my dog or going on long walks by myself. It makes me feel better and it is a breather from staring at a screen. cheap versions of apple watches or exercise watches are good too if you're wanting to reach goals :)

For anyone worrying about exams, they aren't as bad as you think coming from a resit and repeating the year. There is loads of help and support for the year and if it doesn't go well. Don't give up!! We can do this!!
