College: Seoul National University- There were many colleges I looked at and thought about for this project, including schools in the USA, but finally I picked SNU. SNU is located in Seoul, South Korea, and offers many academics in Korean and English. A dream of mine is to travel and study in Seoul for college, and possibly live there for a few years after. SNU has a considerably diverse program for fashion, which includes fashion business. Fashion business provides knowledge in marketing, consumer behavior, and retailing, etc. The school also provides Korean language classes for foreigners so they are able to participate in Korean spoken lessons and activities in Seoul. Loans: The tuition for international students for an undergraduate program is $6,000 a year. Since an undergraduate program takes four years, the tuition for four years would be $24,000 not including textbooks, but because of the scholarship, the total I would have to pay would be $12,000. Including textbooks, spending money, meals, and dorm fee the total price would be about $35,800 for the four years of college. I set my loan to be payed off in twenty years, which puts me at 240 monthly payments of $252.37, with an interest rate of 5.8%.

Job Title: Fashion Business Manager My Career Choice: The field I have chosen is fashion and text tiles, and the profession is business management. This job includes researching and determining consumer behavior, retailing, fashion cycles, etc. This attracts me because I do enjoy the trends and fashion industry, but I also love marketing, helping to style clothes, and everything else that comes with the job. The growth outlook for this job is excellent, as the earning potential is a generous amount. Starting off in the industry, around 37,500 can be made in a year. Though, up to 80,000 can be made a year with enough experience and a good job. For a management job, the amount of experience required is about 2-3 years. (https://www.glassdoor.com/Job/seoul-fashion-jobs-SRCH_IL.0,5_IC3021489_KO6,13.htm)

Family of Four: If I had a family of four, monthly expenses would be much more due to the need of more supplies and food. If my partner was working, they would also bring in money, but it can not be certain because they may stay home and take care of the children. Single Mother: Being a single mother would be a lot more work, since I would have no partner to either bring in more money or help with the children. Expenses would be mostly the same as a family of four, but minus a father.

Like you said even before we started the project, is that we wouldn't want to grow up. I do agree with that. I'm afraid of trying to find a job and even getting into a college I want to be in. I want to have a good income and live in a nice apartment without being in debt. Even though there are many obstacles after high school, I am a bit excited to finally do my own thing. It will be hard, that is one thing I have learned from this project- paying off loans, renting an apartment, buying enough food- but I am still excited. But then again, at the same time I am excited but also don't want to grow up. I think traveling and going to other cities and countries and grocery shopping without my parents will be fun, but the parts where I have to pay taxes and an apartment won't be too fun. I think graduating from high school and going to college will be a great life experience, and that have lots of fun doing it but I'll also be really stressed and worried all the time.
