I chose to go on a jog around my block with my dog before starting on my schoolwork, mostly because I needed to get some fresh air and my dog really wanted to go outside.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The workout I did today made me feel pretty tired. The exercises that I did in my workout consisted of jumping jacks, pushups, planks, crunches, and burpees. These only took about 10 minutes so then afterwards I rode on a stationary bicycle for 10 minutes. I chose these exercises because they focus on endurance.</div>]]></description>
