Whole group instruction happening every day and instruction continuing even when there is behaviors.

I need to have more consistency on rules/expectations. I also need to organize and work on my communication. I also need to have my TAs in agreement with discipline strategies and stop playing the mom vs. dad dynamic it feels like I have.

I can best improve in the area of pre-planning. Ensuring that the IEP process is being completed weeks ahead of the meeting rather than days ahead.

A place where I can improve is in the morning between 7:45- 9:00 while students are walking in, eating breakfast, going to the bathroom, etc before morning meeting to build rapport. I typically use this time to get started on paperwork for the day or catch up on administrative duties.

I can improve in my communication with the parents. Providing consistent constant communication. As well as making the communication not so much always something that may seem bad.

Setting stronger expectations. Working with assistants and allowing them to step in. This way I am not take on everything when behaviors escalate. This way I can plan/teach and collaborate appropriately with staff.
