• Mandatory Registration: All participants must register prior to participating in the auction. 

• Validation: Any bids placed by individuals who have not completed the registration form will be considered invalid and deleted.

2. Bidding Process

• Placing Bids: After registration, participants can place their bids directly on the Digital Auction Platform by clicking the “+” sign where it says “Bid HERE.”

• Bid Increments: Minimum bid increments are set at $50. Any bids not adhering to these increments will be considered invalid.

• Outbid Notifications: If you are outbid, you will receive an email notification prompting you to increase your bid if you wish to continue participating.

3. Auction Timeline

• Start Time: This auction will start on Monday July 22nd at 8 AM PST.

• Closing Bids: This auction closes on August 17th at 2 PM PST. Late bids will not be accepted.

4. Payment and Winning Bids

• Notification of Winning: Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the auction close.

• Payment Processing: Payment will be made through our fiscal sponsor on our dedicated campaign page. Instructions and a link will be provided in the winner notification email.

• Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within 48 hours of the winning notification. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the winning bid, and the next highest bidder will be offered the item.

5. Item Collection

• Voucher Delivery: Physical vouchers for season tickets will be mailed to the address provided during registration.

• Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping address is correct in the registration form to avoid delays.

6. General Rules

• Fair Play: Please engage in fair bidding practices. Any attempts to manipulate the bidding process will lead to disqualification from the current and future auctions.

• Comment Control: Comment and post are ONLY for placing bids. Any comments or posts that are not bids will be deleted. Any hate speech will be deleted and result in a permanent ban from all Maroon Arts and Culture activities.
