Focus and organization : 3 because the connection between the character’s personal changes and realizations could flow together better.
Development: 4, I feel that the writer did a good job of showing how the character developed into who they wanted to become based on their life circumstances and past.
Language: 3, they could have been more descriptive about the character and used more figurative language to make it more interesting/ relatable .

F&O: 3 because the organization could have been a little better but I think this paper is a good and the strategies are adequate.
Development: 4 or 3.5 because the writer used lots of techniques like dialogue, description, pacing, etc. I think the writer effectively uses these strategies to follow the stimulus and provide the details; however, they had weak transition words or none at all.
Language: 3 or 4. I think the writer did a really good job on following the previous author's tone and style of words; however, I noticed a lot of repetition with words. Other than that, the paper was pretty good.
Convention: 4 because the writer uses a variety of good words that do not interfere with the meaning.

Development: Eh, 2 because they didn't really use the techniques well and they used really bland details. I feel like the paper was written in a rush and they left out a lot of good details.
Language 3 or 2.5. They actually used some pretty good words at times; however, I do not thing they kept up with the author's tone and style of words.
Convention: 3. They could have used better vocabulary but they did not have many bad errors to ruin the meaning.

You know, I actually don't like giving people the lowest score, but after reading this, I will gladly do it. This is not even a narrative or in the first person. There are numerous irrelevant details especially in the conclusion. The organization is very confusing sometimes. I am not even going to mention the conclusion.. I think he fell asleep and forgot to finish it.
Development: 1.5. The development is not even relevant. They use no techniques or relevant details most of the time. They managed to give a lot of facts about the artist though.
Language: 1 I will make this part short and sweet. Bad words, does not maintain the style of words from the author, not even first person.
Convention: 1, the words are not up to grade level and are inconsistent

Reading this essay was like reading a book from when i was in kindergarten. The sentences are really short and lack diversity.
