The major muscles used to throw a baseball are biceps brachii, brachialis, brachioradialis, and pronator teres. Concentric muscle contradictions involve movements that shorten your muscles. During exercise, concentric movements target muscles to perform action. Scapular retraction muscles used in your arm while throwing a baseball are trapezius, rhomboids, latissimus dorsi. An eccentric contraction is the motion of an active muscle while it is lengthening under load. Eccentric contraction is repetitively doing eccentric muscle contractions. Eccentric muscle actions are scapular protraction, horizontal abduction, humeral diagonal abduction, and humeral internal rotation.

A sport that involves using the muscles and bones in your arms is Tennis. Your arms are involved while playing tennis by flicking your arms to have momentum to move them when hitting a ball to your opponents side of the tennis court. There are many muscles and bones that go into work when playing the sport. A few that are very important when moving the arm are the Humerus, Radius, and Ulna. These sets of bones support your fingers and wrists when hitting the ball.

https://www.bartleby.com/essay/Major-Joints-Used-In-A-Tennis-Serve-FC9VW8KFT#:~:text=Humerus%2C%20Radius%2C%20Ulana%20(arms,body%20to%20hit%20the%20ball.
