 A fishing boat can be extremely useful as it provides a means of transport out into bodies of water which are not accessible by simply casting a rod from shore. This means the fishermen can go out into the greater fish populated parts of bodies of water enabling more fish to be caught enabling for fish to be sold, therefore increasing the future economic benefit of the business.

Also they opened two new stores.

Moreover, their sales revenue is also been increased by 3.35% comparing from previous year.
In addition, in 2013 their profit was $ 30.47 million and in 2012 it was $27.53 million.


Overall, they made really good progress comparing to the last year.

I also learnt how effective  adding a website was for Briscoes, how much it added to their sales.

This means that since Briscoes had a successful year, they could afford to pay their share holders properly with just using the money from the cash balances.

I was also surprised at how brief and short the reports were and also how easily they could be read and interpreted. This is important for reporting entity as some users, such as potential employees and shareholders may not have a comprehensive understanding of accounting and its terminology. So overall I liked reading the reports as they were easy to understand which means that anyone would find it easy to read and understand.
