<title>&quot;Exploring Descriptive Texts through Genre-Based Approach and Interactive Learning Media in Grade 8&quot; by Fricianda Fahiya Denasta</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/fricianda1712/htwz15wctqn6d2y5</link>
<description>This is designed to help 8th grade students learn about descriptive text. First, students will learn what descriptive text is, its purpose, its parts, and its language features through videos and discussions with teachers (BKof). Then, students will read and study the example text “My Hometown” to learn the structure and words commonly used in descriptive text (MoT).Next, students will work with friends to write descriptive text about other places, such as schools or tourist attractions, with teacher guidance and using online exercises on Quizizz to make learning more fun and interactive (JCoT).Finally, students will write their own descriptive text independently about their favorite places with the help of worksheets. The teacher will assess students&#39; writing based on structure, word usage, and creativity (ICoT).With this learning method, students can more easily understand and practice how to create descriptive text. The media used such as videos, Quizizz, and worksheets make learning more interesting and not boring.</description>
