Instead of the teachers’ lounge being filled with notes that state “We are almost there” or “45 days until the next break”, Campus A’s lounge always radiates positive influences. Once a month all the teachers come together for a potluck lunch to celebrate the birthdays for that month. The administration joins the staff in coming together as one. This gesture aids in continuing the encouraging climate that Campus A emits and helps to maintain a positive school culture.
