         <description><![CDATA[<div>Creating a welcoming atmosphere is a specialty at Campus A. Instead of the teachers’ lounge being filled with notes that state “We are almost there” or “45 days until the next break”, Campus A’s lounge always radiates positive influences. Once a month all the teachers come together for a potluck lunch to celebrate the birthdays for that month. The administration joins the staff in coming together as one. This gesture aids in continuing the encouraging climate that Campus A emits and helps to maintain a positive school culture. This is one of my favorite leadership techniques!  </div>]]></description>
