Hi everyone! I wanted to pass on something I used to include in speeches I made to young air force officers, newly commissioned, advice I’d like to pass on to you as young people just starting out in careers. Even though this advice was aimed at a military audience, I think it fully carries over to the civilian world. (I also edited it to make it more applicable to you.) “What would be the ten most important bits of advice I’d give you?” This is what I came up with-what I wish someone had told me years ago!
