Today is another great day. Before the lesson, I was nervous for we are supposed to take the first quiz, but when our teacher said the quiz will just be posted in google classroom, I became a little relieved ;) The discussion is fun and I participated a lot. I also recalled the lessons we learned from basic statistics last grade level ^^

Today is another fantastic day filled with so much learning. I have learned a lot in our lesson regarding Simple, Systematic, Stratified and Cluster Random Sampling. Even though we already have tackled this lesson last year, I was confused about it. At first I thought that I was gonna have a hard time comprehending this lesson since I didn't understood it that well last year but now I'm impressed that I understood it very well with the help of the explanations and a lot of situational examples for each type of sampling distribution. And also since Sir explained it to us in detail. They might be hard to differentiate but if we'll analyze the problem closely, we can actually tell what the right answer is. Ayun lng po hehe thankss sir for making this discussion easy and fun at the same time. Gagawa na po aq ng quiz eme

Today is another day to learn. And for this particular day only, I learned many things already! Such as the different techniques of Sampling. This lesson is very interesting for me, because I know that in the near future we would use this knowledge for our research papers. The techniques are easy to differentiate from each other, except for the Cluster and Stratified which is somehow confusing. But I know that it would become much clear to me if I practice it, so I intend to do that! And, I thank you lawlz.

Additionally, the Random Samplings were given a broader and wider explanation than last year, which made it easier for me to understand. I am looking forward to applying them to problems for the following lessons we will have.

Again, this day is very exciting and interesting. I have learned about the different types of sampling distribution and its importance. In addition to that, I have also learned about simple random sampling, systematic random sampling, stratified random sampling, and cluster random sampling. Simple has equal chance to be selected. Systematic have intervals. Stratified and cluster are grouped. Even if it was a lesson last school year, I understand it more today. I am just a little bit confused between stratified and cluster but I am really happy for what I have learned. Thank you po sir!

We proceeded with our next lesson po for today’s discussion and it was superrrr fun. As what our teacher said, our topic today doesn’t include computations because it’s more on definitions and understanding po. Since we already discussed this last school year, I am still familiar with the terms used po, although I don’t remember them po in detail. I learned about sampling technique, the purpose of sampling, the differences of its types (Probability and Non-Probability Sampling), and I also understood the differences of the types of Probability Sampling which are Simple, Systematic, Stratified, and Cluster po. The use of relatable examples also made our lesson easy to understand. It can be confusing po sometimes, but later on it becomes clearer naman po. Thank you po for another great discussion sir! 💕

Cluster and Stratified Sampling were discussed about its differences and made it clear that they are not the same. This new knowledge will help me in conducting our research papers in the future.

The sampling and sampling distribution was our lesson for today. I would say that I enjoyed today’s lesson because it deals with probabilities which are all around us. The types of sampling includes probability sampling (non-biased sampling) where samples are equal or somewhat have a chance of being selected while non-probability sampling (biased sampling) consists of an unknown chance of selection due to personal judgement or being biassed over a member of the population. Moving on to the types of probability sampling namely the simple random sampling, systematic random sampling, stratified random sampling and cluster random sampling. Simple random sampling is a sampling technique that does not have a system when selecting random elements of the population while systematic random sampling is a sampling technique but goes through a system or process to select the list of elements of the population. Stratified random sampling and cluster random sampling are very alike since they both divide in groups but differ in selecting the quantity of representatives per group. Stratified random sampling is a random sampling technique where more than one group is selected as a representative of a population while cluster random sampling is a random sampling technique where only one group is selected as a representative of a population. Thank you for your simple and well explanations per topic

ପ(๑•ᴗ•๑)ଓ ♡.

I can say that repeating this lesson propelled me to think about and comprehend the differences between probability and non-probability sampling. By reading a sampling distribution, I can tell what type of sampling procedure was utilized. Finally, I grasp the goal of sampling, which is to give various sorts of qualitative or quantitative statistical information.
