         <description><![CDATA[<div>Well, it's simple, really. You see, we have the sun, and it's always there. No, not just for tanning. If it is always there, why not make some use of it? We as people have developed a way to harness the sun's energy and convert it to electricity! So why don't people do it? Let's see... The cost of the installation of the panels is around $15,000 - $29,000! That's a lot! The Con's do outweigh the pro's, sadly. But the outcome is definitely worth it if you follow through.</div>]]></description>
