Buss is more comfortable to sit in. People on the buss are better people.Q5. 1. Not using at all 2. Not using at all. 3. Not using at all 4. Few stops at the centre direction 5. Not using .6 not usint t not using 7. Not using 8.to school and back 9. Not using .. 10 city centrum and homeQ6. Old one looks better, you an take many different trams and get to the same location. Pic nr 2 more specific on the destination parts. “Wait wtf…? Har färgen tagit slut verkar som det bara är tre stycken linjer. Skit idé”. Second picture is very confusing because how would you get to the locations from the previous tramlocation.Q7. I will use them much more seldom because they do not go to the preferred locations

a use public transportation very rarely, usually she borrowed her family car. The only reason why EMilia uses public transportation is when either because she can’t borrow the car or if she’s aware she is going somewhere where it is difficult to find parking spot or she is going to be drinking. Emilia doesn’t prefer to take tram at all, because she doesn’t like the atmosphere. If she could choose between bus or tram, she would choose the bus, because it is more comfortable and the atmosphere is more cozy and she feels more safe. Emilia thinks the new tram is nice, it satisfies her needs. In her opinion there should only be trams in the center of the city, otherwise you are sitting in a tram a really long time. The future tramlines look way too long, she thinks they should be shorter. These routes become too long and time consuming. Emilia thinks she will not use the new tramlines in the future, so there will be no change in her behavior.

Young people often use public transportation. Usually for economical reasons, as gas and a drivers license can be expensive. Trams are good for reaching destinations fast and efficiently. Young people tend to choose trams as they find them more comfortable and faster. Young people find it good that the liens are extending however some changes in the routes are problematic.

Because it is the most optimal way (according to travel app) to go to where she wants

- Between Bus and Tram, she would choose Bus (because it is faster)

- After looking at the map, Phuong thinks that it is quite complicated looking and inconvenient. She mentioned her own experience (which she usually have to use the tram and stop at one place and then switch to another transport)

- About the new map: she recognize the change about the tram line no.12 which now goes across the bridge. According to Phuong even though the complication is still there, the extension of routes encourages her to use Tram more frequent.

1: I have a monthly card and use every transportation option available 2: to get to places fast 3: the tram is way more relaxing to take compared to a noisy bus, relaxing atmosphere in the tram 4: I would choose the tram because the ride is way more relaxing 5: it is pretty good, it suits the needs of visitors of the city center 6: it is nice to have, but might be not necessary because there is already a fast metro connection 7: I will use it with the same amount because I already use the trams a lot

Marie use the public transportations every day to get to school, work and everywhere. She lives next to the metro and there is only one bus route where she lives and that is why she uses the metro. She uses the tram if the Reittiopas app suggests it. She could not really decide does she prefer more the bus or the tram. She likes the bus because it is a little bit faster, but the experience when using the tram is nicer. She does not use trams so much, but if she uses, then she use the tram 8 or 6T. The other trams does not affect her, because she don’t need the trams where she lives now. She think that she will in the future use trams as much as now.
