Many people live in the forest and are surrounded by trees. Carthage also has its fair share of parks, most notably hill crest and Camelot park. Both parks are surrounded by plenty of trees, bushes, and other wildlife. Because of that, there are churches left and right filled with country people. The one in the picture is actually my grandpa's church that he's run years and years before I was born. Right down the road is actually another small church and down the other road are two others churches. The closest thing Carthage has to a shopping center is the town center.
