don’t see many block neighbours on day to day basic. hardly know them.


no rc manager to maintain rapport with residents

no one in rc for residents to go eg buy event tickets. rc manager can talk to residents and maintain rapport

Rc office always close. resident unable to get timely assistance.


not enough events / activities

last time many activities. now not many activities. residents lesser chance to interact

eg block parties, brisk walks to different parts of singapore


dirty void deck / corridors

litters eg tissue papers. dustbin always full. a lot of rubbish. blue bin always full.

throw tissue near the blk 639 rn office door.

spotted bulky items been disposed at the void deck


lack of support

block reps unable to resolve issues themselves. escalate up but no updates.
