The Bully
- Bullying others is an outlet for their frustrations.
- They join a social group who encourage the bullying.
- Sense of power and control over others. 

The Victim
- How they look
- Where they are from
-Their actions in and out of school. 
- They inability to defend themselves (Easy 'prey' for more bullies or more intensive bullying) 

Effects:
- Bully causes psychological damage for their victims.
- Victims start associating school with bullying i.e. they hate school or are afraid of school due to bullying.
- Victims fall into depression, anxiety and begin to lack self esteem. 
- Victims begin to lash out on their surroundings, friends, and family due to the built up frustration and anger from the bullying (and inaction from school and/or authorities)
