1. Does multimedia improve learning experience?
The customized, animated graphic video offers a great learning experience. It offers a balance of animation, static graphics, real-world photos, and bullet points. The narration is appropriate and engaging.

2. Is the lesson presented in a Universal Design for Learners framework?
Yes. There is a course outline, video, transcript, and assessment. You can change the speed of narration, see timestamps to fast forward and see additional related lessons. There is also closed caption, video definition change, and other settings.

3. Are high content media also balanced with low visual media (static graphic/ review)
Yes. The video is mostly comprised of static photos stitched together which does allow the video to be pace appropriate and to allow for key points to be reinforced for learning.

4. Is video learner-centric?
Yes. The video is framed and organized well. The narrator offers modulated voice to make it more enjoyable to listen.

5. What would I change?
The greatest features are the UDL aspects and the additional support materials. There is little that I would change in the video. If I wanted to change anything it could include 1) use more than one narrator to break up the audio 2) have an audio only option (audio narration of the transcript) 3) break up content with bullet point summaries within video, not just in the webpage transcript or outline.
