         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Virginia Plan and the New Jersey Plan were ways to split up representatives in Congress. <br>The Virginia Plan's way of splitting up Reps was by state population, so the large states would get more Reps. <br>The New Jersey Plan gave every state an even amount of Reps.<br>                              <br>           <strong> The Great Compromise and the Commerce Compromise<br><br></strong>The Great Compromise was the final decision of Representation in government. <br>      Five slave were equal to three people in counting the population, but the commerce compromise caused them to pay taxes for slaves because the were property. They got more representation in government. Overall they were even.<br>    </div>]]></description>
