Who am I? People often call me Mae but i like to be called San or drae, I'm a sleepyhead and im an introvert but the truth is im not or 50/50 of introvert and extrovert. My friends complain about how I’m being such a People-Pleaser. I always please every people because I'm afraid, they might throw hurtful words at me. But I’m working on it, to not be haha. But who cares, i only do what's the best for me. I know not everyone deserves the kindness, i have. Because the table will turn. I’m not as smart as others, but sometimes I can ace every task and quiz. And it depends on when my brain, if she loves to study or not, but sometimes I like to, depends on what they call stock knowledge. I easily get tired doing tasks, especially if i let my intrusive thoughts of sleeping win. I'm an approachable girl and also someone you can run to when your day is not good, and I can also be your biggest fan in doing something you love, supportive rather. Seeing solutions others overlook because she isn't bound by conventional thinking. My life is rich with laughter and connection, surrounded by a large circle of friends who adore her easygoing nature and genuine heart. Mae doesn't overthink things; she trusts her instincts and embraces life as it comes, navigating its twists and turns with a refreshing blend of practicality and optimism. Her deep reverence for God shapes her every action, guiding her with a strong moral compass and a desire to live righteously. Where did I grow up?

I grew up in Timbacol, Putat, Tuburan, Cebu. This picture is where` I lived for over 19 years. a barangay that is full of so much fun. It is small, but sometimes the people here kind'a love to talk about someone's life, hehe. I only stay inside the house and go outside only once or twice. We don't have any neighborhood. Our home is not as perfect; there's still childhood trauma of my parents fighting and somewhat a laughter full of joy. We used to do it, also so that we couldn't go outside, not because of my parents being strict but also because we used to not be likely to engage in our barangay's occasion and event.

What is my educational background?

To begin with, in my primary days, I went to Putat Elementary School. Going there and having a lot of childhood memories of it was fun. Going home with my friends playing different kinds of games. But in my junior high school days we separated; my mother enrolled me and my brother in St. Anthony's Academy, which is here only in Tuburan. It was a bit new to me because the environment and the people around me were new. Every detail was new, even the atmosphere. Knowing I'm an introverted girl, there are lots of different personalities I will encounter on my 1st day in private school. Luckily, as time passed, I found some new friends that I could hang out with. But then it was only 2 years in private school, and I'm back to the public, which is Putat National High School. I speak to my mother about transferring to another school because I miss my friends, and also, in private, I'm getting bored because in private we can't go outside, and in public they can go out hanging out somewhere. And lastly,, in college, I'm a regular student at Cebu Technological University in Tuburan. I took the BSHM(Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management), which is my parents' choice. And it's okay; as long as I get my degree, I could make them proud. Even though it's not my dream course, I meet a lot of cool friends and classmates.

What are my hobbies and interests?

I do have a lot of hobbies and interests. I can't focus on one because I get easily bored. First, I loved to draw , sketch, and even paint some scenery or even anime. I like to watch movie series and also read books, manhwa, and manhua, and also watch anime series. I also like to play guitar and piano and listen to music. In sports I love to play badminton; it's one of my favorite sports. And for the best part, I love to cook and sleep, hehe. It's also my favorite hobby: sleeping, getting so much sleep and waking up with a fresh mind, and eating. And also, I love watching the sunset going down and going to the beach while your feet are touching the sea; it's the best part. Summer is my favorite season, and when I'm in the city, I love to go to thrift shops, collecting some incredible stuff. Eating street foods. b

What are some of my proudest accomplishments?

One of my proudest accomplishments is that I finally got a chance to have the confidence to interact with new people and also get into some competitions like poster making when I was in high school. I got the chance to achieve being one of the honors in senior high school, and that made my parents proud, and also passing our NC2 in my major, which is computers. Even though it's not my thing, I still make it because the hours and days of practicing the effort finally passed it. And yes, I'm proud of it .

What are some of the challenges I've faced in life?

Some challenges are engaging to every new environment. Especially in financial. Communicating to everyone around me. In lessons I'm still lacking, especially in studying every part of the lessons. The pressure of being not to pass or to fail in my parents' expectations.

Those challenges shaped me as a person to be strong on how to not be dependent on others when it comes to problems. Well, you can share, but not the whole. It could make me do everything just for me to achieve my dreams in life. And also having a bigger faith in God. Because I know he will help those people who work hard. Some of my future goals are to achieve what I dreamed of. To help my family and give back what they gave me when I was this young, I am still processing being a grown woman. And pursuing my dream career one day. And to be financially stable also in life so I could make my parents prouder and happier. My aspirations as an individual are driven by determination and having a strong desire so I could create a better future for myself and for my family.
