P1: In the labour-intensive segment, AI and robotics are taking over workplaces all around the world, which surely creates a huge difference in the employment rates in these different countries. According to Cameron (2019), up to 30% of jobs could be automated, because machines and manual tasks will be replaced by robotics. This will create a shocking unemployment rate in the labour-intensive world and could start striking fear into the minds of current routine workers, resulting in an inefficient performance at work. This links to the other point which is how pattern and routine jobs are already being replaced, for example, self checkouts. It has been calculated by the ONS that around 1.5 million people only in England are bound to lose their jobs due to AI (Bloom, 2019). Both authors have agreed on the fact that a huge percentage of jobs will be automated or controlled by AI, resulting in a huge drop in the employment rates. However, a point Bloom addressed that Cameron did not was the huge effect AI and robotics have on the future of the youth. Ibid states that ages 16-24 are at a 20-29% risk of being unemployed. This is due to most of their jobs being routine jobs that require little to no skill. This will have a huge effect on the youth. In summary, the wave of AI and robotics has been growing really fast, putting more and more jobs at risk worldwide. 

 

According to certain empirical studies, improved stakeholder connections or the procedures that promote them can improve both corporate reputation and financial performance (Waddock and Graves 1997a, b; Berman et al. 1999). By achieving the firm's criteria of rarity, value, non-substitutability, and non-imitability, stronger stakeholder practices may result in better stakeholder relationships that function as strategic resources. Innovative corporate social responsibility initiatives, such as donating campaigns and other kinds of civic engagement, may suffer as a result of M&A. When two businesses combine, one of their headquarters is lost. The community of the target firm may see a decline in corporate community involvement because cutting-edge corporate giving, volunteer, and community relations initiatives are usually prevalent in headquarters communities (Burke 1999; Grosshen and Grothe 1989).

Fathers have a significant impact on a child's growth because they offer a unique perspective and a different set of experiences than the mother. According to research, children who have a father who is actively engaged tend to have better social and emotional results as well as better academic and cognitive development (McWayne et al. (2013)) By demonstrating these behaviours and offering advice and support, fathers can help children in learning critical life skills like problem-solving, conflict resolution, and self-control. Fathers can help in developing a child's sense of self and identity. Fathers who show their children affection and support make their kids feel loved and valued. Better mental health outcomes and resiliency during difficulties can both be attributed to this feeling of self-worth.
